Welcome to the Unveiling (Part 1)

As the global reset draws closer, I have noticed a few things happen in my own life. Months ago, right after I published my book The Sun Lady Unveiled, messages containing themes connected to crowns, raptures, and parallel universes kept appearing. James True, an author specializing in mind control warfare and religious technological themes, has often used the tagline “Greatest Apocalypse Ever” to describe our current covid hellscape, which continues to ravage the world for the Endgame. While this unveiling is accompanied by crisis after crisis (pandemics, riots, lockdowns, election fraud scams, threats of WW3, cyberwarfare, global resets)[1], an even bigger crisis looms over the horizon. Tracy Twyman’s last few books that came out were foreboding to the max—anticipating what was to come in this year of perfect vision, 2020.

Tracy Twyman, who died in the summer of 2019, is the author of many books. In particular, the last three books were foreboding in the worst possible way. In the book Baphomet: The Temple Mystery Unveiled, which I co-wrote with Tracy Twyman, we concluded that there were certain secret societies and even more traditional religious leaders (including cabbalistic Rabbis, among many others) are secretly trying to usher in the Apocalypse. Somehow, this involves using blasphemous sex magic, alchemy, mind-control and time travel, at the behest of the infernal trinity—Samael, Lilith, and Baphomet, so that they may incarnate into the Antichrist, damn the human race, destroy the universe, usurp the New Jerusalem—the Heavenly cubed city that descends from the chaotic heavens at the End of the Apocalypse. Revelation, however, tells us, all these demons will be destroyed in the Lake of Fire, along with Death and Hell.

As we continue towards the end of 2020 and into the Brave New World of the global reset, the old-world order of things is quickly dissolving, while the “new normal” sweeps over the landscape–signaling the rebirth of the ancient cult of Saturn. I have made similar statements in my previous mega essay The Sun Lady Tales, but I will elaborate and really get into it here. In my book The Sun Lady Unveiled, I explored many of these ideas, as well. Before Tracy Twyman’s untimely death, she was heavily investigating child sex trafficking, Isaac Kappy’s “suicide” and mind control on a series of YouTube videos. But before that, her focus was centered on a diabolical plot of black magic to conjure the Antichrist and his Satanic minions so that he would plunge the world into the great tribulation so that they can act like little gods on earth or escape into another realm so that they can officialize this grand con status of playing God by dethroning God by storming the gates of heaven at Armageddon. Could it all be related? I do not know.

Margaret Barker, in the book, The King of the Jews: Temple Theology in John’s Gospel, she identifies these dark forces being active in Jesus’ time.

The early Christians identified closely with Isaiah. Matthew in particular shows frequently how Jesus fulfilled Isaiah’s prophecies (e.g. Matt. 1.23; 2.23; 3.3, 17; 4.15; 5.4, 6, 35 and many more). This may have originated with Jesus himself, since Luke says that when he was in the synagogue at Nazareth, he claimed to be fulfilling Isaiah 61 (Luke 4.18-21). The Christians also expanded and preserved the Ascension of Isaiah—originally a collection of Jewish stories about Isaiah—and in the Christian version the prophet is a thinly veiled picture of James, the leader of the Jerusalem church. The stories depict the same conflict as in John 8: the rulers in Jerusalem are the agents of Sammael Melkira, two names which mean “God of the Blind” and “King of Evil”. In the stories, Sammael is another name for Belier/Belial.

Perhaps this force behind behind “communitarianism” or the “great” reset of the globalists.[2] This “New World Order” is not just geopolitical, financial, and even religious. It is the complete alchemical universal transformation—constituting the death and rebirth of the sun and the entire universe under the control of a new god, of a New Æon. The Beast/The Antichrist. All secret societies (regardless of their members’ awareness) are dedicated to this end. Tracy Twyman wrote about all this in her book, Genuflect. In the article Bloomberg, Musk and Mithras: Billionaires busting the Matrix?[3] Tracy Twyman wrote about what these black magicians are up to.

2. So why would anyone want to open these doorways to the realms above and below the universe?

There’s the obvious curiosity factor. People want to see what lies above and below the dimensions available to our everyday senses. But most of the magicians who would be capable of performing such a rite are probably motivated by ambition. Some magicians, I believe, have made alliances with the spirits trapped in the underworld, who have helped them discover the secrets of how to do this. These spirits desperately want to be released from their infernal prisons. In order to get the assistance from incarnated humans that they need to do this, they agree to help the magicians they work with to realize their ambitions of becoming gods by penetrating the realm above.

3. Is there any potential danger in doing this?

Absolutely. In addition to the problems inherent in the release of infernal spirits from Hell, there is the issue of instability in the universe caused by this. When the floor of existence is ruptured, it has the potential to collapse the invisible “pillar” or “pillars” that are said in religious and occult traditions to hold up the heavens. This has the effect of dethroning what the Gnostics called the “Archons,” or the seven planetary divinities of classical mythology. This means bringing the Sun, the Moon, and the planets crashing down to Earth from the heavens. In Greek mythology, it was said that if Atlas wasn’t there to hold up Heaven, it would merge with Earth and snuff out all of existence. This, I think, is the real danger.

Indeed, in Templar artifacts, Mete is also depicted as a dark, titanic goddess holding down the chains that connect to the Sun and the Moon and pull it down to snuff out creation. The figure of Mete points to a ritual shown to bring down the heavens and put an end to fate. Joseph Von Hammer-Purgstall claims that the word “Baphomet” connects a Gnostic ritual being the “Baptism of Wisdom” to release the souls trapped in the prison of matter, in the most violent and blasphemous way possible. While there are certainly other Gnostic rituals which are closer to Christianity and are much more enlightened in the most beneficial way, as we see in texts like The Pistis Sophia and the Books of Jeu (we will touch on these books later), and certainly, most of the Nag Hammadi library is ascetic and even sublime in its epic prose, there is also a much darker version of gnosis that crystalized into various secret societies that follow after the Knights Templar. Tracy Twyman, in her essay, “Let the Heavens Fall: The Rites of Destruction”[4], she connects Enochian apocalyptic literature with Dr. Faustus and Cabbalistic legends of the Beast.

In Sefer Hekhalot, also known as The Third Book of Enoch, it tells the story of the fallen angels that bred giants with human women, and it says that they taught their hybrid children abominations of ritual magic. One particular passage is worth quoting:

They brought down the sun, the moon, the stars and the constellations… How was it that they had the strength to bring them down? It was only because Uzza, Azza and Azael taught them sorceries that they brought them down, for otherwise they would not have been able to bring them down.”

Interestingly, in Christopher Marlowe’s Faust, this is one of the things that the title character asks the demon Mephistopheles to be ready to do for him:

I charge thee wait upon me whilst I live
To do whatever Faustus shall command,
Be it to make the moon drop from her sphere
Or the ocean to overwhelm the world.

Now the demon mentioned in Sefer Hekhalot — Azazel — is, in most versions of the tale, one of two leaders of the fallen angels who helped organize the conspiracy among them to impregnate human women. In the First Book of Enoch, God instructs Enoch, who is writing the history of the affair, to “ascribe the whole crime” to Azazel and make him solely responsible in the official record, including the disastrous result of it: the creation of giants who wrecked the Earth to the point that God had to bring the Deluge to get rid of them.

Did Azazel know that these actions would result in such destruction? Was that in fact the point? After all, in both the Christian, Jewish and Muslim traditions, the fallen angels are shown being jealous of mankind, and plotting our doom. They did not think that God should have created us in the first place, and complained that God would honor so much a creation made from “clay.” Our physicality, in the eyes of these angels, is what made us inherently inferior to them, as they are made out of a much subtler substance — “smokeless fire,” as the Muslims believe. The Koran says that Satan was cast out of paradise for refusing to bow down and worship Adam. The books of Enoch say that after the Flood, Azazel and his accomplices were cast into “Dudael,” a wasteland of suffering, as an eternal punishment.

This eternal stretch of painful imprisonment, along with his anger at man and resentment of material creation, might explain why Azazel and his colleagues might be interested in seeing creation put to an end. This brings us to another set of legends regarding Azazel. Rabbinical sources tell us that the tempting serpent in the Garden of Eden was a hermaphroditic creature that consisted of the male demon Samael and the female demoness Lilith compounded together. The cabalists called this creature “the Beast” and “the Other God.” This is especially interesting because some Gnostics referred to the demiurge who created physical reality by the name of “Samael” also. The cabalistic work Treatise on the Left Emanation by R. Isaac b. Jacob Ha-Kohen and Tr. Ronald C. Kiener describes Samael as evil, but specifies that this is “not because of his nature but because he desires to unite and intimately mingle with an emanation not of his nature.”

The ancients believed that people could do rituals to invoke the energies of the planets and stars into their own bodies. In fact, they believed that the energy from the Sun was the chief source of the energy (both physical and metaphysical) that sustained life on Earth. Even when the sun went away at night, they believed that life continued by means of the energy coming from the stars and planets. In The Book of Nabathean Agriculture we read:

…The Sun sets for the night and one might thus presume that our world would then relapse back to its dead state. This, as we may every night perceive, does not happen. The reason for this is that during the night the other celestial bodies take the place of the Sun and substitute for it (NA, pp. 245–246). This gives the basis for a belief in the effects of the stars, as well … as one may use star- or moon-bathing, tanjìm, i.e., letting something be influenced by the rays of the stars and the Moon.

This connects to something I wrote about recently on this blog (see the quote below), also referencing a book I wrote several years ago:

In Money Grows on the Tree of Knowledge, I wrote how these images from Flamel’s book illustrate certain aspects of the process of alchemy, which can be gleaned if one compares them with other alchemical tracts as well, such as the 16th-century Splendor Solis by Salomon Trismosin, or Fulcanelli’s Mystery of the Cathedrals, published in the 1920s. It was from studying these manuscripts that I discovered that the secret alchemical recipe for longevity is shown to be bathing in the blood of children that has been infused with stellar influences, which Fulcanelli called “the Bath of the Stars.” Fulcanelli also makes reference to alchemy as “celestial agriculture,” which might explain the images of fieldworkers that appear in The Book of Abraham the Jew and other alchemical tracts.

What I have said in the past is that many of the secrets hinted at in alchemical texts hint that one can perform this process — bringing the influences of the stars down from Heaven into the bodies of children, then slaughtering those children, and then drinking and bathing in their blood, to obtain youthful skin or even eternal life. This may be the death and rebirth indicated by the Ouroboros serpent, and many other mystical symbols as well. This may also be the meaning of the term “Baptism of Wisdom,” which Baphomet’s name has been interpreted to mean. Also, in the depiction of Baphomet by Eliphas Levi, he is shown with the Latin words “Solve” and “Coagula, (“Dissolve” and “Coagulate”). These words are used by alchemists to describe the process of dissolving atoms to their “primal material” and then reconstituting it in the desired form.

So is it possible that there are spiritual entities who want to slaughter us — the children of the gods — and dissolve our universe in order to bring about the rebirth of a reality more preferable to them, in which they (representatives of the older, pre-physical universe) are once again placed in their proper role at the helm, instead of being subordinate to men made of clay? Are these the spirits who have inspired such destructive rituals as described above?

Indeed, in Luke 17:26 (KJV), Jesus talks about his Second Coming at the End Times[5], declaring that, “And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.” But just a couple of lines later, in 17:28‐30, Jesus also prophesies a fiery destruction that is to come:

Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

In my book The Sun Lady Unveiled, I posited that the End Times will be marked by cosmic warfare—the likes of which the world has never seen before and will never see again—until the beginning swallows the end. This type of warfare will also be reflected on earth when the triggered uprising and revolution occurs. This is the same as what the Black Awakening is all about (we will get to this later.)

As quoted earlier, it was the Watchers or the fallen angels that brought down the stars to earth. According to Aleister Crowley’s Liber AL vel Legis, “Every man and woman is a star…” Could this line refer to fallen, human spirits dropped from the Pleroma, but seized and kidnapped by the fallen angels in the Great War in Heaven? As mentioned in my book, Azazel was also considered synonymous with Venus as well, which is interesting considering figures like Isis and Sophia are also depicted as holding down the chains of the archons and seen as destroyers of the universe. These stars are also mentioned in 1 Enoch 18:14: “And I beheld seven stars like blazing mountains and like spirits entertaining me.” These seven stars could refer to the Pleiades constellation. Here is the whole quote in full:

“The angel said: ‘This is the place of the consummation of heaven and earth; it is a prison for the stars of heaven, and for the host of heaven. And the stars that roll over the fire are they who have transgressed the command of God before their rising, because they did not come forth in their time. And he was enraged at them, and bound them till the time of the consummation of their sins in the year of the mystery.” (Enoch 18:13-15)

As other authors have pointed out, this star constellation refers to many different points of origin: the seven fallen angels/archons, the seven brides that mated with the Greek Titans, and the seven churches addressed by Jesus Christ at the beginning of the Book of Revelation. In Revelation, it depicts the Living One, the Alpha, and the Omega as holding the seven stars (the church) in his hand and is the one only found worthy to open up the scrolls and the seven seals of judgment. Revelation 10 opens with the scene of a mighty angel descending from heaven, while robed in a cloud:

“with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke. And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say, “Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down.”

Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven. And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, “There will be no more delay! But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.”

Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me once more: “Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.”

So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but ‘in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.’” 10 I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. 11 Then I was told, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.”

Some even suspect that the “little scroll” that John consumes is the Book of Enoch![6]

According to the Gnostic Pistis Sophia, the Church was also actually crafted by Sophia-Achamoth.[7] One website connects[8] the Pleiadean stars with a sort of a holding tank or prison for the fallen angels. The author also reveals that Ishtar, the Queen of Heaven and Harlot of Babylon, is also copulating with UFO abductees for good measure.

Let’s take a close look at the verses in chapter 18 of 1 ENOCH VERSE 15: “Then the angel said, ‘This place until the consumption of heaven and earth will be the prison of the stars and the host of heaven.’”

This ‘place’ is the seven stars of the Pleiades. The word ‘prison’ in Greek (teresis) means “a watching – keeping” similar to a “place of keeping.” This means that the seven stars of the Pleiades will be a prison, a place of keeping of these seven fallen angels. {{Is it any wonder that the Pleiades – in particular – is so often mentioned in THE NEW AGE CONTACTEE literature? 

I have often mentioned this seemingly bizarre connection from people who track the Semjases of the Pleiadian system, such as Richard Thompson who recorded the New Age “gibberish” of Semjasa (as contactor) who gave the same to Billy Meier which Richard cited in his book, “ALIEN IDENTITIES” recently I saw Gary Bates cite another reference to Semjase, Semjaza in his book, “ALIEN INTRUSION;” this time it revolved around “her” possible disguised Fallen Angel feeding false or misguided information to author Brad Steiger as well as Fred Bell, grandson of Alexander Graham Bell, so it seems that this ‘lady’ QUEEN OF HEAVEN from the Pleiades is very active in UFO circles; even Whitley Strieber seems to have had sex with a similar Fallen Angel (posing as a female, going by the name of Ishtar, a mother-goddess of Babylon, who has many names in different cultures throughout the world,) as per his own admission in the book, “COMMUNION.” Perhaps Enoch’s clue about the seven stars as well as the actual mention of the Pleiades in The Bible are not coincidental in my humble opinion, and the names they give out may simply be clues as to whom they really are ~~ i.e., FALLEN ANGELS, and with its fruit, by any other name smells as bitter!.}}

According to Helena Lehman, in her article called “The Pleiades Connection to the New Jerusalem,”[9] connects both the Heavenly cubical city of Revelation and “Alcyone” the brightest star of the Pleiades as also being the offspring of the Morning Star as one of the titles of Christ in Revelation.

….the Pleiades Star Cluster may be allegorically connected to the New Jerusalem, which is to be the heavenly and earthly home of the Bride of Christ and her Redeemer Yahshua Ha Mashiach for eternity. In fact, the word “Al Cyone” or “kingfisher” (a brightly colored little bird) in Greek, was the name of a mythological Princess who married a man named Ceyx, who was the king of Thessaly and the son of Phosphoros, which is a Greek name for the planet Venus. Phosphoros was also known as the “Morning Star” in Greek. Strangely, though the wandering star Venus is associated with the Roman goddess by that name, the goddess Venus was known as Aphrodite in Greece.

Although Phosphoros (Phosphorus in English) has been identified with Lucifer due to the connection of the Greek word Phosphoros with the Latin word Lucifer meaning “shining” or “luminescent”, the term “Morning Star” is a special appellation ONLY for Yahshua in the Book of Revelation (See Rev. 22:16). This could suggest that Al Cyone is meant to signify the Bride of Christ, and by extension, the New Jerusalem. The New Jerusalem is the heavenly city constructed by YHWH God for His saints, and it is where our Heavenly Father and His Son will dwell with the Bride of Christ or Church of Philadelphia for all eternity after the Millennial Rule of Yahshua, when the New Heaven and New Earth will be created.

In Greek Mythology, which was invented to explain the historical events of the Bible’s Book of Genesis from the perspective of the outcast Cain rather than from the godly line of Seth, Pleione was the wife of Atlas, and she gave birth to seven daughters. Atlas and Pleione are the names of two of the stars in the Pleiades, while the names of their daughters are connected to seven other stars in the Pleiades. These became known in legend as the Seven Sisters, and it is my firm belief that they represent the Seven Churches of Revelation in the Star Gospel. 

The most common legend about these Seven Sisters is that they were the immortal nymph companions of the goddess Artemis. Collectively, these sisters were called the Pleiades, and they were very close – spending all their time together. That is, until one of them became mortal by falling in love with a human, and was thereby eventually claimed by Hades in death. Meanwhile, the other six nymphs stayed immortal. However, they were eventually given an abode in the heavens as a form of protection by the top god Zeus to protect them from the amorous advances of Orion. According to the Greeks, Orion was a mortal hero and half son of the gods who found the Pleiades sisters to be very desirable. This happened after Orion got involved in a hunt with Artemis, upon which he discovered the beautiful nymphs in her care and began to relentlessly pursue them.

Furthermore, the Pleiades signify the Seven Churches of Revelation, which are not filled with immortal people as yet, but mortal people who have been promised everlasting life and immortality as a result of their faith in Yahshua as God’s Son, who was offered up as an atoning sacrifice for sin. 

Furthermore, one of these Churches – the Church of Philadelphia – is held in higher regard than the others and is identified in Revelation, Chapter 3 as the Bride of Christ, who will dwell in the New Jerusalem with her Five Wise Virgin handmaidens in attendance. In Yahshua’s Parable of the Ten Virgins, the Five Wise Virgins represent groups of born-again saints that will be taken out of five of the Seven Churches of Revelation, which are depicted in the Pleiades Star Cluster.

There are, of course, Masonic traditions of the Pleiades forming a ladder to Heaven. According to The Bible Temple’s article “Astronomy Confirms the Accuracy of the Book of Enoch”[10] Pleiades also connects to the Sumerian gods of the underworld.[11]

In the Greek myth, seven women were put in the starry heaven because of their mingling with the Titans, by which they were made pregnant. This is also a clear parallel to Genesis 6. And in Enoch, which describes this story in detail, we read, in the chapter after chapter 18, that the women who were seduced by the fallen angels, were to be imprisoned together with those angels, among those seven stars. These Greek women were called the Pleiades, and thereby we know that those seven stars in Enoch must be the Pleiades. Then there is also a myth from Mesopotamia, where seven demons were bound as seven stars in the sky. Also here those stars are identified as the Pleiades. This star formation was very well-known to all the ancients, because of its beautiful appearance and for its role for agricultural dates. Thus we can be quite sure that the stars Enoch saw on the horizon above Antarctica, were the Pleiades.

The Pleiades are seen as only seven stars with the naked eye (or as six since ancient times). Yet Enoch says this place is a prison for the stars of heaven and for the host of heaven. This tells us there are more than just those seven stars bound together in that place. And the Pleiades actually is a star cluster, consisting of more than 1000 stars! And it is one of the closest clusters to Earth. So, again a surprisingly accurate description, no doubt not given by human knowledge.

To further strengthen the Enoch/Pleiades relation, compare Enoch 18:15, where he is speaking of the seven stars: “And he was enraged at them, and bound them…” with Job 38:31: “Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades…?”

In the Reddit thread, the author quotes an excerpt from “The Devils and Evil Spirits of Babylonia” (1903), where Sumerian underworld titanic gods emerge from the depths of the abyss to wage war against the human race and the gods.

“There are certain spirits described as “the Seven” around whom a great many poems were composed and welded into the incantations and spells. The best known is the Invocation against the Seven: —

Seven are they! Seven are they!

In the Ocean Deep seven are they!

Battening in Heaven seven are they,

Bred In the depths of Ocean.

Nor male nor female are they,

But are as the roaming windblast,

No wife have they, no son can they beget;

Knowing neither mercy nor pity,

They hearken not to prayer or supplication.

They are as horses reared among the hills…

Of these seven [the first] is the South Wind.

The second Is a dragon with mouth agape

That none can [withstand];

The third is a grim leopard

That carrieth off children…

The fourth is a terrible serpent…

The fifth is a furious beast [?]

After which no restraint…

The sixth is a rampant […]

Which against god and king.

The seventh is an evil windstorm…

These seven are the Messengers of Anu, the king:

Bearing gloom from city to city,

Tempests that furiously scour the heavens,

Dense clouds that over the sky bring gloom,

Rushing windgusts, casting darkness o’er the brightest day,

Forcing their way with baneful windstorms.

Mighty destroyers, the deluge of the Storm-God,

Stalking at the right hand of the Storm-God.

They take their stand for evil, and none may oppose.”

These underworld gods also sound curiously close to the Beast that emerges from the sea in Revelation as well. According to Sumerian myth, Nammu, the mother of the gods, including Enki, is also equated with the Cosmic Abyss or the “Abzu”.[12] In the city of Eridu, Enki’s temple was also known as “Abzu” (house of the deep waters) and was located at the edge of a swamp. Wikipedia entry for Abzu[13] tells us more about this character:

Abzu (apsû) is depicted as a deity[3] only in the Babylonian creation epic, the Enûma Elish, taken from the library of Assurbanipal (c. 630 BCE) but which is about 500 years older. In this story, he was a primal being made of fresh water and a lover to another primal deity, Tiamat, a creature of salt water. The Enuma Elish begins: “When above the heavens (e-nu-ma e-liš) did not yet exist nor the earth below, Apsu the freshwater ocean was there, the first, the begetter, and Tiamat, the saltwater sea, she who bore them all; they were still mixing their waters, and no pasture land had yet been formed, nor even a reed marsh.” This resulted in the birth of the younger gods, who later murdered Apsu in order to usurp his lordship of the universe. Enraged, Tiamat gives birth to the first dragons, filling their bodies with “venom instead of blood”, and made war upon her treacherous children, only to be slain by Marduk, the god of Storms, who then forms the heavens and earth from her corpse.

According to New World Encyclopedia[14], Nammu’s daughter, the Sumerian goddess Ninhursag was once considered to be a “true and great lady of heaven” only to be supplanted later by the likes of Ishtar, much like how the Whore of Babylon supersedes the Woman Clothed with the Sun in Revelation. Interestingly, her symbol resembles the Omega sign. In fact, Nammu as the Queen of the Supernal Eden was originally a creator deity just like Yahweh and other sky gods as she is eventually replaced by them as a creator deity.[15]

Returning to Tracy Twyman, in her book Clock Shavings, Tracy revealed some startling information about what it will be like in the End of Days, where the Up and the Down meet in the Middle. In other words, Heaven, Hell, and Earth will co-mingle as prophesied by Tracy Twyman and other contacts. One can read more here.[16]

Interestingly, there is a folk legend in modern Greece saying that demons known as “Kallikantzaroi” are let loose from the underworld on December 25th of each year, when the sun “stops moving,” according to tradition. This happens because all year long they work to saw down the pole that separates Heaven from Earth, and at Christmas they are finally successful, leaving them free to roam the Earth. If they were to remain at large, it would purportedly cause calamity on Earth.

But luckily, on Epiphany Day, January 6, God puts them back in prison down below, and the pole is restored, so that they have to start all over again sawing it down once more. Not knowing this story, years ago I channeled instructions for “the Divine Rite” of the OLE, meant to mimic the coming crowning of the Grail king. Remember, the rite involved pretending to sacrifice the king, so that Cain could be released from his prison, and possess the monarch’s body, bringing him back to life. This, I envisioned, would be like a key unlocking the timeless realm of Drakenberg and merging it with our own. The date I had chosen to perform this rite each year was December 23rd, the days that King Dagobert II was killed in a hunting accident, just like Cain.

Cain wants to get out. All of those in who are in Hell want out. But the fallen angels down there know something that the human spirits also trapped there probably don’t know: that at the End of Times, the Abyss will open up and let them out of Hell, temporarily. Heaven will also open up, and literally merge with Earth as the white cube of the New Jerusalem descends. In my mind, it is most likely that the black cubic city will ascend from the depths as well. Heaven, Hell and Earth will all co-mingle in a timeless moment. Perhaps the black and white cubes will merge. This may be the ultimate explanation for the checker pattern on the Ageio board.

This, I think, will be their opportunity to switch places with humankind, and be back in the bosom of the Lord. Then again, perhaps they think that they will be able to take control of the celestial Ark, the cube, and be in the driver’s seat, the God position, when things start anew. I think the belief is that, if they can get inside the white cube, in the position of God, they can be God, and they can win the Apocalypse game. Meanwhile, they believe, Baphomet will get his expressed wish: to see “MAN LOST IN HELL.”

We will be outside the cube, trapped in the chaotic Abyss where they were once tortured. Mephistopheles describes this future to Dr. Faustus during one of their conversations. As it says in the Marlowe play:

Mephistopheles: Now, Faustus, ask what thou wilt.

Faustus: First will I question with thee about hell. Tell me, where is the place that men call hell?

Mephistopheles: Under the heavens.

Faustus: Ay, but whereabout?

Mephistopheles: Within the bowels of these elements, Where we are tortur’d and remain for ever: Hell hath no limits, nor is circumscrib’d In one self place; for where we are is hell, And where hell is, there must we ever be:

And, to conclude, when all the world dissolves, And every creature shall be purified, All places shall be hell that are not heaven. When the portals open, Hell rises and Heaven descends.

This is the “Marriage of Heaven and Hell” which William Blake wrote about. Perhaps it is the ultimate “chemical wedding.” This is the true “Golden Dawn,” which the magical order is named after. This is why they have a hexagram for a logo, often showing a golden sun within the descending triangle, merging into the blue Abyss waters of the ascending triangle. Interestingly, in the Golden Dawn rituals, they treat the Garden of Eden as though the place itself “fell” along with Adam. In their graphical depictions of the Fall, they show the Dragon of Revelation enveloping Adam and Eve, and encompassing Christ as he dies on the Cross. They also speak of both the pre-and post-fall Eden as being places that exist presently. The event of the Fall, as well as the restoration of Paradise, are both referred to as in the present tense.

Similarly, Baphomet talks about the war in Heaven, the fall of Eden, and the Apocalypse as all being events that, to him, are occurring right now. When we became confused and asked why he was talking about these past events and future events like they were presently happening, he said: “NOW REALLY SOON.” Note that the abbreviation “NOW” (commonly used now to refer to the “New World Order” of the coming Anti-Christ) is an anagram of “now.” It goes without saying that, as our time-space dimension merges with those that are outside of time, our perception of time will stop. This is why modern Satanists refer to the concept of “Year Zero.” It is not really “Anno Satanas,” the year the Church of Satan was created, in 1966. It is that future “final hour” that has yet to come. This concept of the true “End of Times,” and the breakdown of the time dimension, explains why the Beast of the Apocalypse is described by St. John as “the beast that was, and is not, and yet is,” said to have been born in the “wilderness” of chaos.

Chapter 17: 8-13 states: “The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.”

These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. This “Year Zero” may be what is depicted on the Great Seal of the United States. Everything that exists is contained within the walls of the pyramid, surmounted by the All-Seeing Eye of the prison guard, surrounded by a barren landscape of nothingness. The Latin phrase “Novus Ordo Seclorum,” is usually translated “New Order of the Ages.” It is an allusion to Virgil’s Eclogue IV, where it says:

Now comes the final era of the Sibyl’s song; The great order of the ages is born afresh.

The Virgin and the Reign of Saturn returns

Now a new lineage is sent down from high heaven.

I think that it ultimately refers to the dissolving of reality, and the coagulation, or collection, of a small remnant of that reality to be saved, via an “ark” or Hermetically sealed alchemical vessel. Cain said that one of the keys to winning Ageio is to “ACCEPT DEFEAT” because, “IF YOU ACCEPT DEFEAT, REALITY CANNOT WIN.” As you will recall, there is ultimately not much competition between the white and black armies in the game, because there is no doubt that the white side is going to win. So perhaps the game is to play both sides, and make sure that you’re on the winning side when the game stops.

At the Golden Dawn, the Abyss rises to merge with the fire coming down from Heaven

The “Year Zero” that Tracy Twyman mentions sounds a lot like “prelude” (being 2020) to the actual dimensional convergence. We will revisit Tracy Twyman’s occult prophecies related to the Antichrist later in this series. Virgil’s Eclogue is particularly intriguing since I’ve written in previous articles, that the Age of Aquarius we are now entering is also the Age of Saturn.[17] The reason the most primeval era is called “The Golden Age” is that Saturn is actually the color gold (look up actual color photos of Saturn) and Saturn’s upper atmosphere would have been visible to the naked eye on the Ancient Earth in the past times. Also, all stars can produce gold. The ancient solar system had more glowing dwarf stars whose gold and silver was able to reach Earth’s surface. Tracy Twyman, in many of her writings, connects the Black Sun with not only Cain but also Saturn himself. In Tracy Twyman’s article “Regnum in Potentia, Part 2: Fishing for Men.”[18]

The description of the Wonderland casino prison on this SyFy channel program from 2009 resembles remarkably a metaphor used by economist Max Keiser, starting around the same time, of the “casino gulag” to describe the global economy. In his view, everyone in the peasant class here on Earth is forced to speculate with their earnings on the stock and bond market in order to avoid losing wealth every time the government inflates the fiat currency by alchemically printing more money. Since, like a casino, the game is rigged by the banking cartel, who can front-run the market with high-frequency trading and are insured against losses with government bailouts, they keep the gambler slaves playing by hypnotizing them with the prospect of being the one-in-a-million lucky slave who gets to win the jackpot.

The people at the casino in Alice always win, or at least they feel like they do, and because of this, they are oblivious to the fact that they are prisoners. Towards the end, they are freed from their spell, and only when they stop playing the games do they remember the children that they have left abandoned at home. This is like the “Caucus Race” of the original Lewis Carroll story, a perfect metaphor for the modern rat race. At this event, people run around in a circle competing with each other, but with no end in mind, because “No one ever loses, and no one can ever win.”

Another obvious comparison to be made with the casino gulag is, of course, to The Matrix film series. This story is replete with references to Alice in Wonderland from the very beginning, with the white rabbit playing the role of the initiator yet again (only this time waking the sleeping victim out of his dream state instead of luring him into it). The idea of human bodies being sucked of their essence by unseen monsters, their bodies used as batteries to power the machines of an unseen world, is in fact a perfect metaphor for our economy, and does correspond to many Gnostic descriptions of the universe.

So why do the monarchs of the hidden realm fish for men using subtlety instead of force? Well, for one thing, initiation must be freely sought by the initiate, like the Apple of Wisdom proffered by the serpent in Eden. Was it the intention all along that Adam and Eve would eat the forbidden fruit, obtain the forbidden knowledge, and fall down, down, down, like Alice, into another world? It seems likely.

The other things is that, imprisoned as he is in the center of the Earth, lost eternally in a death-like slumber in the land of Nod — the land of Not! — there are not a lot of other options available to Saturn, the Lord of the Earth. Like Alice says, “When one is lost, it is best to wait for someone to find you.” Just as Cain proclaimed “Whosoever findeth me shall slay me,” Saturn passively awaits resurrection through the discovery of his tomb, as is the case with the sleeping occupants of the tombs of both Hermes and Christian Rosenkreutz.

The tomb of Venus, according to the Rosicrucian text The Chemical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz, is just like these other sacred tombs — in the center of the Earth, lit by an inner sun, etc. Guarding this tomb is a man who has been appointed this task since he accidentally stumbled on the naked body of Venus many centuries earlier. There he is, condemned to wait until someone else makes the same mistake and comes to take his place.

This like the story of Atlas, obliged to play the part of the World Tree, the Earth’s mythical central pillar or pole, upholding the weight of the Earth upon his back. There he must stay until someone else comes along that he can trick into taking his place (a role temporarily played by Hercules at one point). Likewise, Prometheus had to stay chained to Tartarus, having his liver eaten daily, until someone else agreed to be sacrificed in his stead (a role eventually played by Chiron).

On a similar note, in the New Testament, it is proclaimed that God the Father will not let his children out of Hades until his first-born, Jesus, is willingly sacrificed, and descends into Hell to take their places. There the dead are eternally eaten, digested, and eaten again by Satan. In the images of Hell that decorate European cathedrals, inspired largely by Dante’s Divine Comedy, Satan is always seen as a monster eating the damned, and his mouth is sometimes akin to the gates of Hell itself.

Furthermore, in the Grail legend, Parzival takes up the crown of the Fisher King after obtaining the kingdom’s release from the spell caused by the Dolorous Stroke. Sometimes he is sent by the king to avenge his wounding by killing the rival king who hurt him. Then somehow the hero must use the very same sword or spear to cure the Fisher King’s wound through sympathetic magic. In some versions, when this happens, the old man is finally able to die, and Parzival is revealed to be his nephew, who then takes his place as Grail king.

As I have hinted in other articles, Saturn is also connected with the ritual alchemical operation of Solve et. Coagula.[19] If Saturn-Chronos ruled over a golden age when men were gold, does the fact that Saturn in the Qabalah (some equate Saturn with Binah) is equated with lead suggest an alchemical operation, to transform the present lead of Saturn once again into gold? This connects to the Piscean Era shifting into the Age of Aquarius, which is also ruled by Saturn. This is what Zosimos’ Visions, perhaps, is referring to.

Saturnus as Sol Niger

In another article,[20] “Noah Film Review: Tubal-Cain Almost ‘Reaps All of the Wealth’” by Tracy Twyman, she reviews the film Noah by Darren Aronofsky and connects her occult research.

At the end of the film, the song “Mercy Is” by Patti Smith and the Kronos Quartet is played. The lyrics, which were also spoken at earlier points in the film (where it was used by the characters as a lullaby) are quite interesting:

“Mercy is as mercy does, wandering in the wild
The stars are eyes watching you, a breath upon a cloud
Two white doves, two white wings to carry you away
To a land in memory, a land in memory
The sky is high, the Earth is green, and cool beneath your feet
So swiftly now, beneath the bow, your father waits for thee
To wrap you in his healing arms as the night sky awaits
Two white doves, two white wings to carry you away
For mercy is the healing wind that whispers as you sleep
That whispers you to sleep”

Why do two white doves have only two wings between them? Why is “mercy” described as “wandering in the wild,” like Cain and the fallen angel Azazel were said to be?

I haven’t figured that out yet. However, I can tell you that there are many elements of the film that made me think that the scriptwriters, Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel, seem to be tapping into some of the same hidden information that I did in my seances with Cain and Baphomet, as discussed in my book Clock Shavings. In particular, these elements remind me of the story that Cain told me about the battle with his brother’s kingdom over the “throne of Eden” and possession of “the Ark.”

The Ark, in Cain’s story, was not just the boat that men used to escape the Flood. It is a larger concept, the “ONE BOX OF THINGS,” as I was once told. It already existed in Eden before the Fall. It was the treasure box that the war was fought over. It contained the greatest power in the world. With it, one could rule all, and make anything happen with its magical energies.

This war, he said, ultimately provoked the Deluge, caused the Fall of Eden, and led to Cain being imprisoned in the underworld. The battle, he says, was commemorated in the game of “Ageio,” which he says was the ancestor of modern chess. In Ageio, the “REAL POWER” is said to be in “THE SECOND SQUARE.” This is the term for the inner 36 squares of the board, the boundary of which is marked off by small crosses. This represents where the Ark is, and, I believe, the boundaries of Eden as well. You could think of the Ark as containing Eden within itself, including the Tree of Life. As I discuss in Clock Shavings (and relevant excerpts can be found here), scripture and tradition both tell us that Eden was sealed off after the Fall with a “flaming sword” and cherubim placed as guardians. I even discuss how this may be the same location as that of God’s throne, which is guarded by four cherubim.

In the film Noah, the Ark represents the same thing. This is why it was built near Methuselah’s mountain. Obviously, it is being implied in the movie that Methuselah, like his father Enoch, was initiated into the secrets of eternal life via the Tree of Life from the Garden of Eden. In the Bible, God sealed off Eden to keep men from gaining access to the Tree of Life, lest they “live forever.” Enoch is the only figure said to have been granted this privilege, and he was also the first to be given foreknowledge of the Flood.

Methuselah’s mountain is shown in the movie to be green, whereas the land around it is barren. So it has been blessed with a miraculous fertility. Methuselah, as we know from scripture, was the man said to have lived the longest — 969 years! In the film, it is implicit that his longevity and the mountain’s fertility are due to his contact with the Tree of Life. Methuselah is said to have been the “only” human to have sided with the fallen angels during their war with the Cainites. We can assume that this has something to do with why he appears to have special knowledge and access to the Tree of Life.

The part where Noah declares that outside of the Ark is nothing but “chaos” falls directly into line with my own speculation in Clock Shavings. In that book (and these relevant excerpts) I discuss my belief that the Ark was an alchemical vessel, outside of which the whole universe dissolved into chaos, literally. Nothing existed outside while they were inside. It was only when they exited the Ark that Creation began anew, spreading outward from the mount on which the Ark “landed.”

I don’t think the Ark physically went anywhere, but rather that it was built on the “Holy Mountain,” the top of which was the supernal Eden, that after the Fall became obscured and inaccessible to mankind. Methuselah’s mountain is implied in the film to be this place. The summit is invisible, and it is covered in greenery, like Eden. Plants from Eden are growing there. When the Ark lands, it is on a similar mountain, perhaps even the very same one.

Then statement that Tubal-Cain makes right before he tries to kill Noah, declaring “The Ark, the beasts, and all of your women are now mine,” is totally reminiscent to me of the key phrase “I reap all the wealth,” used in the game of Ageio, as explained to me on the Ouija board by Cain and all of the fallen kings of Eden (and as I reported in the book Clock Shavings). The “wealth” in the game is the Ark, containing all of the “Agei”: the lifeforce, the holy treasure.

In the book Aradia: The Gospel of the Witches by Charles Godfrey Leland, he quotes an Italian witchcraft ritual to conjure the warrior king of Eden, Cain. The ritual goes on to state that Cain is actually imprisoned in the sun as well.

According to Tracy Twyman in “F.A.K.E. News: Unboxing the Compass,” if the Sun were to not be replaced through magic, the universe would begin to collapse and fold up into nothingness or revert into the Abyss of Chaos. Through channeling, Tracy Twyman found out that Michael Bloomberg (yeah, you had to be there when Tracy Twyman came out with this stuff) really is doing a sun-killing ritual on the eclipse around September 30, 2017. He talked about how the old sun will die and be replaced, but nobody would know it, which is exactly what Tracy wrote in the book Genuflect. Then he said that the sun was a diamond. Then Mithras talked about “Ghent” which is in Belgium and turned out the “Superman diamond” is this thing called the “brilliant round cut diamond” which was invented by a guy in Belgium and is the most perfect way of refracting light through a stone.

And John Dee was obsessed with the London Stone and moved right there at Bucklersbury to study it. Dee wrote the Monas Hieroglyphica in Antwerp and finished it on January 25 after a two-week frenzy of channeled writing. Then published it on March 30 of that year-the same date as Genuflect. Then the Cullinan diamond, the largest in the world was discovered in South Africa on January 25, 1905, and years later, part of it was made into a brilliant-cut diamond for the royal family after the Belgian mathematician invented it in the 1920s. Belgium is the center of the world diamond trade. And there is that Ghent Altarpiece with the lamb of god bleeding into the rivers of life that seems pregnant with meaning, and the sun rays over the altar seem significant.

The brilliant round cut has 33 facets on the crown and 25 on the pavilion, for a total of 58. Facet means “face.” A head with 58 faces. The Templars had a Baphomet head they labeled “head 58.” There are 25 letters in the Sator Arepo Square, as discussed in-depth in my book The Sun Lady Unveiled. And 8 different letters used in the square, with three different magnitudes of use for each.

As Tracy points out in the book: representing three different levels of divine power. T, R, E, O, and A are used four times each, representing the five wandering planets. P and S are only used two times each. They represent the higher powers of the Sun and Moon. N is the letter in the center of the square, and it is only used once.

Tracy also stumbled into this concept of a “deck prism” and realized could be what the Masonic keystone is, and really, that could be what all the lights in heaven are. It is a stone that does just this: acting simultaneously as a deck prism and as a protective light filter. It is because it provides protection that it was represented as a “buckler” or a shield in Rothschild heraldry.

The penis has to be removed before Mithras can escape from the Womb of Tartarus. They are probably always changing reality, just like the Aztecs said. They kill the old sun and start a new age. A New Æon.

A good parallel is the story of Atlantis, which is at once described by myth-tellers as a fallen “city,” and as a representation of an entire fallen aeon. Its name derives from that of its fabled foundational king, a guy named Atlas, said to be a son of Poseidon. Now, he just happens to have the same name as the Titan from the Golden Age who was enslaved by Zeus after the Olympian revolution, thereafter, burdened with the obligation to eternally uphold the sky. This is a clue that the fallen aeon symbolized by Atlantis had its own Pillars of Heaven, represented in Plato’s tale by the two pillars of the Temple of Poseidon said to be in the city’s center. When Atlantis fell, these pillars collapsed (and who knows if one caused the other, or if there was another cause common to both events). Everything was submerged into the waters of Chaos, becoming mire, which eventually solidified and was used as the foundation for the aeon that came afterward. In my mind, the story really represents the fall of the Golden Age, when the Titans were imprisoned beneath the Earth and made to serve as the foundation of the realm above them. Then finally, the meaning of “dear prudence” as explained in her article Rebirth of Metis: The Meaning of “Dear Prudence”

Jehovah, the god of the Bible, was thought by Gnostics to merely be one of these Archons, identifiable with Jupiter, a.k.a. Jove, whom the Greeks called Zeus. His mother, the Gnostic wisdom goddess Sophia-Achamoth, was added to the seven to form the Ogdoad—the Eight. Hammer-Purgstall thought that Sophia-Achamoth was worshiped by the Knights Templar in the form of “Baphomet” or “Mete.”

This latter name, he thought, could be traced back to the Greek figure of Metis, the first bride of Zeus. She played an especially important role initiating and upholding his rule as king of the gods. Like “Sophia,” her name translated directly to “wisdom,” specifically “cunning,” “prudence” and “wise counsel.” To understand what happened to her, we must go all the way back to the “Genesis” story of Greek mythology.

Zeus was the son of Chronos, who had to castrate his father Ouranos to escape the womb of his mother, Gaia. Ouranos had deliberately prevented his children from being born, cognizant that one of them was fated to overthrow him as the king of the gods. When Chronos later engendered his own children with his wife Rhea, he became aware of a similar fate that was to come from one of these progenies. So, he devised his own way of dealing with it by swallowing them upon birth. But just as Gaia had schemed against her husband to aid her son Chronos in fulfilling his destiny (by supplying his with the castration knife), Rhea came up with a plan to save her son Zeus from ending up in his father’s stomach. In this case, she substituted the baby with a decoy in the form of a stone wrapped in swaddling clothes. Later, they say, Zeus found a way to poison his father, causing him to vomit up all the other children that had already been swallowed. Zeus and his siblings then fought their way to supremacy, overthrowing Chronos. The clever witch who conceived the poison plot was the goddess Metis, Hammer-Purgstall’s “Mete,” whom Zeus subsequently married.

As the story goes, Zeus, just like his predecessors, gained knowledge of a prophecy that if he bred with Metis, one of the children would overthrow him. Having already consummated the wedding and impregnated her, his solution was to swallow the mother before the birth even happened. He was able to do this, some say, by tricking her into turning herself into a fly, so that she was small enough to go inside his mouth. However, other depictions of the act show him eating her limb by limb at full size.

Whichever way it happened, as with the Olympian gods in the gullet of Chronos, Metis was immortal, so she remained alive inside Zeus. Eventually she gave birth to a daughter, the wise Athena. Metis worked from within Zeus’ body to hammer out a coat of armor for her daughter to wear. The hammering caused Zeus discomfort, and so he had his head cleaved open to alleviate the pressure. This allowed Athena to escape.

She went on to become an important goddess to the Greeks, associated, like her mother, with wisdom. But for some reason Metis did not escape with her daughter and remained inside Zeus. He reportedly utilized her as a source of wise counsel during his reign, and she was often depicted supporting his throne from underneath, propping it up, like a royal slave. What a raw deal, I thought as I ponder these stories again. I wonder what kept her from leaving with Athena. Was it the chains?

On the Mete coffer pictured earlier in this post, the goddess was shown holding a pair of chains. The Sun was shown attached to the top of one chain, and the Moon to the other, with the solar and lunar faces shown upside-down. These chains also appear to have been shackled to Mete’s legs. The image seemed to me to be showing her breaking the chains from her ankles while simultaneously dragging the heavenly bodies down from the sky.

Was the destruction of the Archontic order Mete’s revenge for being imprisoned and enslaved by Zeus? The Gnostics saw Sophia-Achamoth as a heroine trying to help them escape the jail of illusionary existence. Maybe the idea is that she is trapped inside here with the rest of us, so her escape is also our chance for escape.

On the “Templar artifact” that featured the candelabra being extinguished, the figure of Mete on the right is holding the chains (without the heavenly bodies included), while the horned figure of Mete on the left is holding a banner displaying Arabic writing. Hammer-Purgstall’s translation of this writing includes the phrases “Mete is exalted” and “one and seven were our race,” referring, he thought, to the Gnostic belief that Sophia-Achamoth was the grand-mother of the other seven Archons. If Mete is exalted, I thought, that means that she’s somehow escaped from inside Zeus. But how? Maybe through the rectum?

The reason I thought about this was not just because it’s the only obvious way out if one’s been swallowed. It also occurred to me because another phrase written in Arabic on Mete’s banner next to the candelabra is: “He makes return easy through the rectum.” Hammer-Purgstall hadn’t really deciphered the meaning of this, except to identify it as being related to the rumored Templar rites of sodomic pederasty, now confirmed because of their confessions to the Pope, documented in the Chinon Parchment released by the Vatican in 2007. But now, as I pondered this, I wondered if that was why the Sun and Moon were shown upside-down. Perhaps it is really Mete who is upside-down, I thought, coming out through the rear exit.

Dear Prudence, won’t you come out tonight? The Solstice is on December 21. December 25 was generally seen as the birth time of Sol Invicuts/Helios/Mithras. It is said that the next great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn is also the same date the Mayan calendar is presumed to end once you add 8 years to 2012, which is December 21, 2020. In another article by Tracy Twyman, “Made Love: Pedophile Hearts, Disposable Teens, and the Closing of the Doors of Mercy,”[22] she discusses the pedophilic, homosexual and Satanic rites of the elite and their use of alchemy in effort to storm Heaven and revolt against God Himself. After all, this is what Saul Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals is based on—the mad revolution of Lucifer and one third of the heavenly host against the Lord.

I think that the use of the symbols I have mentioned, in the contexts which I have described, indicates that there is still an occult tradition in certain circles regarding this. There are people who think that this is the way to dethrone God. They think that the gods above are as sick as they are, and therefore they will be attracted most not by mere heterosexual encounters, but by the abnormal and perverse. As the Templar artifacts of Hammer-Purgstall’s Mysterium Baphometis Revelatum illustrate, this is why the Templars ritualized the sodomy and sacrifice of young boys. On several of the artifacts, he found a phrase encoded on them: “The Distinguished Charity of Mete Uproots the Enemy.”

The one called “Mete” is the Templars’ secret wisdom god, Baphomet. The “Distinguished Charity” could also be phrased “Peculiar–or Strange–Love.” This “Strange Love” or “Mad Love” is signified by many other things in Western occultism, roses, honey, and now, via Marilyn Manson’s use of pedophile symbolism, a spiral heart can be added to the list. The “Enemy” that it uproots is none other than the Demiurge of the Ophite Gnostics: the god and creator of this world. The idea is that ultimately you must not only fuck, but also kill and eat, the things you love in order to become one with them, as even God (they believe) does this to his own children.

As I explained in previous articles, such as thisthisthis, and this, I believe these things are all part of a process of trying to upset the balance of the “pillars” that uphold our current state of existence, allowing them to collapse so that the universe we live in might be destroyed. When the innocent body of a human child, the image of God, is defiled in rites such as this, it creates a reflexive reaction that affects the magnetic polarity of the Earth and upsets the tectonic plates beneath us.

It is hard for even the good people of this Earth to stop this process when we are all, to a greater or lesser degree, being seduced by the same type of perversions. Even if we have never done the worst of these things, we have participated gleefully in a culture that celebrates it. Perhaps this was the year that the Pope asked us to pray for God’s mercy because this was the year in which the fullness of our sins was revealed to us. I wonder if there are enough righteous people among us to earn God’s mercy, or if we shall all inevitably perish in the wages of our own sins.

The 9/11 terror attacks symbolize the toppling of the Pillars of Hercules/Atlas/Solomon and the temporary union of Heaven and Hell, as written about as early as William Blake.[23]

The connection between the Sun Lady and Isis is thoroughly discussed in my book. Isis is strongly connected with the idea of veiling and unveiling. The Wikipedia entry of the Veil of Isis has this to say on this occult concept:

Several other sources influenced the motif of the veiled Isis. One was a tradition that linked Isis with nature and the goddess ArtemisEuropean art has a long tradition of personifying nature as a motherly figure. Starting in the 16th century, this motif was influenced by the iconography of the goddess Artemis of Ephesus (also known under the name of her Roman equivalent, Diana). The Ephesian Artemis was depicted with round protuberances on her chest that may originally have been jewelry but came to be interpreted as breasts. Isis was sometimes compared with Artemis, and the Roman writer Macrobius, in the fourth century CE, wrote, “Isis is the earth or nature that is under the sun. That is why the goddess’s entire body bristles with a multitude of breasts placed close to one another [as in the case of Artemis of Ephesus], because all things are nourished by earth or by nature.” Thus, the 16th-century artists represented nature as Isis-Artemis with multiple breasts.

The “Parting of the Veil”, “Piercing of the Veil”, “Rending of the Veil” or “Lifting of the Veil” refers, in the Western mystery tradition and contemporary witchcraft, to opening the “veil” of matter, thus gaining entry to a state of spiritual awareness in which the mysteries of nature are revealed. In ceremonial magic, the Sign of the Rending of the Veil is a symbolic gesture performed by the magician with the intention of creating such an opening. It is performed starting with the arms extended forwards and hands flat against each other (either palm to palm or back to back), then spreading the hands apart with a rending motion until the arms point out to both sides and the body is in a T shape. After the working is complete, the magician will typically perform the corresponding Sign of the Closing of the Veil, which has the same movements in reverse.

Indeed, in ritual magic, specifically, in the Greater Ritual of the Pentagram as taught by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and in Thelemic circles as well.[24] In the series of books by Helena Blavatsky, Isis Unveiled[25], she writes about mankind’s cyclical relapse into barbarism and unimaginable cruelty due to his fallen nature as explained all throughout Biblical scripture—anticipating Civil War 2.0/Dark Winter Purge developing as the countdown to the global reset marches on.

For a man of science to refuse an opportunity to investigate any new phenomenon, whether it comes to him in the shape of a man from the moon, or a ghost from the Eddy homestead, is alike reprehensible.

Whether arrived at by the method of Aristotle, or that of Plato, we need not stop to inquire; but it is a fact that both the inner and outer natures of man are claimed to have been thoroughly understood by the ancient andrologists. Notwithstanding the superficial hypotheses of geologists, we are beginning to have almost daily proofs in corroboration of the assertions of those philosophers.

They divided the interminable periods of human existence on this planet into cycles, during each of which mankind gradually reached the culminating point of highest civilization and gradually relapsed into abject barbarism.

The Book of Revelation, chapter 12, tells us of a pregnant Woman Clothed with the Sun, wailing in birth pangs. It also tells us before St. Michael flung the dragon to the earth, he pursued the winged Sun Lady to devour her and her royal child of God. But in the last moment, they are snatched away to safety.

The Bodies of God: Kavods, Shekinahs, and Christophanies

The Bodies of God

We see texts like the Book of Enoch, the Hekhalot Rabbati (the Teaching of the Chambers), Shir Ha-Shirim (Song of Songs), and the Shi’ur Komah (The Measurement of the Height), the latter of which paints vivid pictures of heaven and even describes the divine nature of the Creator in anthropomorphic terms. The Shi’ur Komah portrays God as a humanoid of such gigantic dimensions as to occupy the whole cosmos: his neck is 130.8 million miles long; his fingers are each 150.3 million miles in length. These Kabbalists apparently have divine measuring rods capable of measuring God’s body! However, 2 Enoch 39:6, calls God’s entire stature as measureless and limitless:

You see the compass of my work like your own, but I have seen the Lord’s limitless and perfect compass, which has no end.

Scholars like Jarl E Fossum in The Name of God and the Angel of the Lord: Samaritan and Jewish Concepts of Intermediation and the Origin of Gnosticism, have also identified the Gnostic doctrine of the “Anthropos” from Marcus the Magician and with the enormous “Measurement of the Body,” viz “Kabod” or the “Glory of God” of Jewish mysticism. Irenaeus in Against Heresies (1.14.-3) tells us more about this “Body of Truth” or the “Body of God” in feminine terms. 

The infinitely exalted Tetrad descended upon him from the invisible and indescribable places in the form of a woman . . . and expounded to him alone its own nature, and the origin of all things, which it had never before revealed to any one either of gods or men. . . . [and] said:—I wish to show thee Aletheia (Truth) herself; for I have brought her down from the dwellings above, that thou mayest see her without a veil, and understand her beauty—that thou mayest also hear her speaking, and admire her wisdom. Behold, then, her head on high, Alpha and Omega; her neck, Beta and Psi; her shoulders with her hands, Gamma and Chi; her breast, Delta and Phi; her diaphragm, Epsilon and Upsilon; her back, Zeta and Tau; her belly, Eta and Sigma; her thighs, Theta and Rho; her knees, Iota and Pi; her legs, Kappa and Omicron; her ankles, Lambda and Xi; her feet, Mu and Nu. Such is the body of Truth, according to this magician, such the figure of the element, such the character of the letter. And he calls this element Anthropos (Man), and says that is the fountain of all speech, and the beginning of all sound, and the expression of all that is unspeakable, and the mouth of the silent Sige.

The vast dimensions of cosmic Adam appear, not only in gnostic texts but also in Rabbinic literature. The Adam of the Naasenni (Hippolytus, Refutation of all Heresies, V, II) was “like that of the Chaldaeans”, a “huge image of Him who is above.” Irenaeus, describing the Ophite doctrine of the unsuccessful creation of an Anthropos by Yaldabaoth, says the figure was of enormous dimensions (Irenaeus, Ag. Her., I, XXX). Adam Kadmon’s other names are also the “Immortal Androgynous Man” as well as the Adam Kasia, or the secret, “hidden” Adam of the Iraqi Mandaeans. Adam is not alone in his vast divine stature, since the insistence upon the vast sizes of divine creatures is also placed on the female angel called the Holy Spirit, to reveal Elchasai’s book (Hippolytus. Ref. IX. VIII).

The Harvard scholar David Brakke in his seminal essay, The Body as/at the Boundary of Gnosis, quotes a rare Sethian Gnostic text called the Untitled Treatise in the Bruce Codex, which bears many similarities with other Gnostic texts found in the Nag Hammadi Codices Zostrianos and the Gospel of the Egyptians. In the text, it also speaks of God or the Monad in terms of being a “city.” Interestingly, the text describes the divine body of the Monad in feminine terms.

[The Only-Begotten] is the one who dwells in the Monad who is in the Setheus, [the Monad] who emanated from the place whose location it is impossible to say, who emanated from him who precedes the Entireties, that is, the One Alone. It is he from whom the Monad emanated like a ship laden with every good thing, like a field filled or grown with every species of tree, and like a city filled with every race of humankind and every image of sovereignty. This is how they are all in the Monad: Twelve monads are making a crown upon her, each one making twelve. And ten decads are surrounding her shoulders. And nine enneads are surrounding her belly. And seven septets are under her feet, each one making a septet. And as for the veil that surrounds her like a tower, it has twelve gates. 120,000 powers are upon each gate, and they are called “archangels” and also “angels.” She is the mother-city of the Only-Begotten.

Hippolytus in Refutation of All Heresies (IX.VIII), mentions another little-known heretic by the name of Elchasai or Elxai. Accordingly, Elchasai taught a curious doctrine, which included male and female 96-mile-tall angels. For Elchasai, the male angel was the son of God or Christ, and the female angel was the Holy Spirit—reminiscent of the immanent mystery of the Christian Trinity. Elchasai also wrote a mysterious book that Hippolytus proceeds to explain with some detail where the Christian is said to be washed from their sins just by reading Elchasai’s version of the Book of Revelation. 

And the contents of this volume, he alleged, had been revealed by an angel whose height was 24 schœnoi, which make 96 miles, and whose breadth is 4 schœnoi, and from shoulder to shoulder 6 schœnoi; and the tracks of his feet extend to the length of three and a half schœnoi, which are equal to fourteen miles, while the breadth is one schœnos and a half, and the height half a schœnos. And he alleges that also there is a female with him, whose measurement, he says, is according to the standards already mentioned. And he asserts that the male (angel) is Son of God, but that the female is called Holy Spirit. By detailing these prodigies he imagines that he confounds fools, while at the same time he utters the following sentence: “that there was preached unto men a new remission of sins in the third year of Trajan’s reign.” And Elchasai determines the nature of baptism, and even this I shall explain. He alleges, as to those who have been involved in every description of lasciviousness, and filthiness, and in acts of wickedness, if only any of them be a believer, that he determines that such a one, on being converted, and obeying the book, and believing its contents, should by baptism receive remission of sins.

Hippolytus also tells us more about Elxai’s baptism and chrismation practices in Ref. IX.X

To those, then, that have been orally instructed by him, he dispenses baptism in this manner, addressing to his dupes some such words as the following: “If, therefore, children, one shall have intercourse with any sort of animal whatsoever, or a male, or a sister, or a daughter, or hath committed adultery, or been guilty of fornication, and is desirous of obtaining remission of sins, from the moment that he hearkens to this book let him be baptized a second time in the name of the Great and Most High God, and in the name of His Son, the Mighty King. And by baptism let him be purified and cleansed, and let him adjure for himself those seven witnesses that have been described in this book—the heaven, and the water, and the holy spirits, and the angels of prayer, and the oil, and the salt, and the earth.” These constitute the astonishing mysteries of Elchasai, those ineffable and potent secrets which he delivers to deserving disciples. And with these that lawless one is not satisfied, but in the presence of two and three witnesses he puts the seal to his own wicked practices.

Again expressing himself thus: “Again I say, O adulterers and adulteresses, and false prophets, if you are desirous of being converted, that your sins may be forgiven you, as soon as ever you hearken unto this book, and be baptized a second time along with your garments, shall peace be yours, and your portion with the just.”

But since we have stated that these resort to incantations for those bitten by dogs and for other mishaps, we shall explain these. Now Elchasai uses the following formulary: “If a dog rabid and furious, in which inheres a spirit of destruction, bite any man, or woman, or youth, or girl, or may worry or touch them, in the same hour let such a one run with all their wearing apparel, and go down to a river or to a fountain wherever there is a deep spot. Let (him or her) be dipped with all their wearing apparel, and offer supplication to the Great and Most High God in faith of heart, and then let him thus adjure the seven witnesses described in this book: ‘Behold, I call to witness the heaven and the water, and the holy spirits, and the angels of prayer, and the oil, and the salt, and the earth. I testify by these seven witnesses that no more shall I sin, nor commit adultery, nor steal, nor be guilty of injustice, nor be covetous, nor be actuated by hatred, nor be scornful, nor shall I take pleasure in any wicked deeds.’ Having uttered, therefore, these words, let such a one be baptized with the entire of his wearing apparel in the name of the Mighty and Most High God.”

According to Elxai (via Hippolytus), Jesus would return to earth over-and-over again through various incarnations throughout history, which ultimately start with Seth and continuing with Enoch, Moses, Elijah, etc. This would also fit with the Sethian Gnostic idea that Seth, the third son of Adam and Eve, was also a previous incarnation of Jesus. Could this also be a precursor to the Paraclete? The mention of “undergoing alterations of birth” is also remarkable as Hippolytus says the followers of Elxai are also Pythagoreans:

This Elchasai puts forward as a decoy a polity (authorized in the) Law, alleging that believers ought to be circumcised and live according to the Law, (while at the same time) he forcibly rends certain fragments from the aforesaid heresies. And he asserts that Christ was born a man in the same way as common to all, and that Christ was not for the first time on earth when born of a virgin, but that both previously and that frequently again He had been born and would be born. Christ would thus appear and exist among us from time to time, undergoing alterations of birth, and having his soul transferred from body to body. Now Elchasai adopted that tenet of Pythagoras to which I have already alluded. But the Elchasaites have reached such an altitude of pride, that even they affirm themselves to be endued with a power of foretelling futurity, using as a starting-point, obviously, the measures and numbers of the aforesaid Pythagorean art.

The book also is said to contain a prediction of a war among wicked, fallen angels, similar to what we see in Revelation 12 with Michael casting out Satan and his angels from the divine host or like how the Olympian gods, led by Zeus, wage divine warfare against the Titans, the previous gods of a former aeon. Returning to the large measurements of Christ and the Holy Spirit, also consider the enormous proportions of cabalistic angels like Metatron in 3 Enoch (25:3-4):

(3) And in those two eyes of his face, in each one of them lightning is flashing, and from each one of them burning staves are burning; and no creature is able to look at them: for anyone who looks at them is burned up instantly. (4) His height is the distance of 2500 years’ journey. No eye can see and no mouth can tell of the mighty power of his strength except the King of kings, the Holy One, blessed be He. He alone can tell.

In 3 Enoch, Metatron is called “The Youth” because he was the newest, and youngest angelic office to join the divine host. In 3 Enoch 2:1-4, it states:

Rabbi Ishmael said: (1) Within the hour the eagles of The Chariot (Merkaba), the flaming Ophannim and the Seraphim of consuming fire asked Metatron: (2) “Youth! Why do you permit one born of woman to enter and see the chariot (Merkaba)? From which nation and from which tribe is this one? What is his nature?” (3) Metatron answered and said to them: “From the nation of Israel whom the Holy One, blessed be He, chose for his people from among seventy tongues (nations of the world). He is from the tribe of Levi, whom He set aside as a contribution to his name. He is from the seed of Aaron whom the Holy One, blessed be He, chose for his servant and He put upon him the crown of priesthood on Sinai.” (4) Then they spoke and said: “Happy is the people (nation) that is in that position!” (Ps. 144:15).

In other words, Metatron is the “youngest” angel to enter in the order of the celestial angelic host because he was originally human, specifically the prophet Enoch as we see in 3 Enoch 48-c. Other angels, like Michael, fulfill this role as well.

And I arranged all the works of creation for him. And I made him more powerful than all the ministering angels. (3) He gave Metatron-that is Enoch, the son of Jared- the authority over all the storehouses and treasuries, and appointed him over all the stores (reserves) in every heaven. And I assigned the keys of each store into him. (4) I made him the prince over all the princes and a minister of the Throne of Glory and the Halls of Araboth (the highest heaven). I appointed him over the Holy Chayoth for him to open their doors of the Throne of Glory to me, to exalt and arrange it, and I gave to him wreathe crowns to place upon their heads. I sent him to the majestic Ophannim, to crown them with strength and glory. I sent him to the honored Cherubim, to clothe them in majesty covered with radiant sparks, to make them to shine with splendor and bright light over the flaming Seraphim, to cover them with highness. I sent him to the Chashmallim of light, to make them radiant with light and to prepare the seat for me every morning as I sit upon the Throne of Glory.

I have given him the secrets above and below, which are the heavenly secrets and earthly secrets so that he can praise and magnify my glory in the height of my power). (5) I made him higher than all. The height of his stature stood out in the midst of all who are of high of stature. I made seventy thousand parasangs. I made his Throne great by the majesty of my Throne. And I increased its glory by the honor of My glory. (6) I transformed his flesh into torches of fire, and all the bones of his body into burning coals; and I made his eyes look like lightning, and the light of his eyebrows as a light that will never be quenched. I made his face as bright as the splendor of the sun, and his eyes like the splendor of the Throne of Glory.

3 Enoch tells us Enoch took on the mantle of the “Metatron,” the heavenly voice of God, on the throne of glory and became divine eternally. Both Enoch and Metatron are also described as divine scribes (2 Enoch 44:5), and are the only ones allowed to sit in the Lord of Spirits’ heavenly court, as opposed to the legions of angels that can stand only. In A Chronology of the Gnostic Movement by Johnes Ruta, he tells us more of Metatron’s backstory.[1]

The first (as also the last) of the 10 archangels, called king of angels, prince of the divine face or presence, chancellor of heaven, angel of the covenant, chief of the administering angels, and the lesser YHWH (Tetragrammaton). He is charged with the sustenance of mankind. In Talmud and Targum, he is the link between the human and divine. In his earthly incarnation he is identified as Enoch, although also claimed to be the angel Michael. In Kabbalah, he is the angel who led the children of Israel through the wilderness. Upon arriving in heaven as Enoch, he was equipped with 36 pairs of wings and innumerable eyes. His name has been interpreted as “the one who occupies the throne next to the divine throne.” When invoked, he appears as “a pillar of fire, his face more dazzling than the sun..” In the later Zohar, Metatron is spoken of as the “rod of Moses”, from one end of which comes life, the other end comes death. Also thought to be the supreme angel of death, to whom God gives daily orders of which souls to take. Also thought to be the angel who stayed the hand of Abraham, on the point of sacrificing Isaac. Also, thought to be the teacher of prematurely dead children in Paradise.

Another important prophet taken to heaven is Elijah. In 2 Kings 2:8-11, it tells us Elijah used his rolled-up cloak to strike the river Jordan and caused it to part. Together, he and Elisha crossed the river and continued to talk when suddenly a “chariot of fire and horses of fire” appeared and separated them. Elisha watched in astonishment as Elijah “ascended into the whirlwind into heaven.” Also, note in the same chapter, it tells us that Elijah and Elisha came from “Gilgal.” Gilgal means “rolling wheel” and “circle” in Hebrew and Aramaic. This fits with the “wheel of fate” we briefly touched upon earlier but will explore more in-depth later.

In Kabbalistic lore, the translated Elijah was also said to transform into Sandalphon and is said to be God’s messenger who carries the prayers of the saints to Heaven and guardian warrior angel like Michael, which battles Samael or Satan. Since Metatron rules Kether on the Tree of Life, Sandalphon also rules Malkuth, the plane of manifestation, or the physical world. They’re also associated with the two cherubs that face each other on the Ark of the Covenant and usually seen as brothers or twins. Indeed, just as Yahweh is seen as a “lesser deity” or chief archangel in Gnosticism, Metatron is also known as the “lesser YHWH.” As another parallel with Gnosticism, Metatron is equivalent to the “Little Iaô” of the Gnostic Pistis Sophia (Chapter 63).

JOHN also came forward and said: “O Lord, bid me also speak the solution of the words which thy light-power hath prophesied aforetime through David.”

And Jesus answered and said unto John: “To thee too, John, I give commandment to speak the solution of the words which my light-power hath prophesied through David:

“‘Grace and truth met together, and righteousness and peace kissed each other.

“‘Truth hath sprouted forth out of the earth, and righteousness looked down from heaven.’”

And John answered and said: “This is the word which thou hast said unto us aforetime: ‘I have come out of the Height and entered into Sabaōth, the Good, and embraced the light-power in him.’ Now, therefore, ‘Grace and truth’ which ‘met together,’—thou art ‘grace,’ thou who art sent out of the regions of the Height through thy Father, the First Mystery which looketh within, in that he hath sent thee, that thou mayest have mercy on the whole world. ‘Truth’ on the other hand is the power of Sabaōth, the Good, which bound itself in thee and which thou hast cast forth to the Left,—thou the First Mystery which looketh without. And the little Sabaōth, the Good, took it and cast it forth into the matter of Barbēlō, and he made proclamation concerning the regions of Truth to all the regions of those of the Left. That matter of Barbēlō then it is which is body for thee to-day.

As Andrei Orlov quotes Christopher Morray-Jones in his article, “Metatron as the Deity: Lesser YHWH”[2], Metatron functions much like the Logos as an intermediary, and perhaps a Jewish metaphysical response to the pre-existent Jesus Christ or Son of Man we see earlier in 2 Enoch. 

As the Angel of the LORD, Metatron functions as the celestial vice-regent who ministers before the Throne, supervises the celestial liturgy and officiates over the heavenly hosts. He sits on the throne which is a replica of the Throne of Glory and wears a glorious robe like that of God. He functions as the agent of God in the creation, acts as intermediary between heavenly and lower worlds, is the guide of the ascending visionary, and reveals the celestial secrets to mankind. He is, by delegating divine authority, the ruler and the judge of the world. He is thus a Logos figure and an embodiment of the divine Glory. In his shi(ur qomah, we are told that Metatron’s body, like the kabod, fills the entire world, though the writer is careful to maintain a distinction between Metatron and the Glory of God Himself.

The Jewish Encyclopedia Entry for Sandalphon[3] also tells us that this angel’s immense size connects or act as a passageway between heaven and earth. Sandalfon also acts as a divine tailor for God!

Sandalfon is one of the oldest angel figures of the Merkabah mysticism. A baraita of the beginning of the second century says: “The ‘ofan’ mentioned in Ezek. i. 16 is called Sandalfon. He is an angel who stands on the earth, and his head reaches up to the ‘ḥayyot’ [animal-shaped angels]; he is taller than his fellows by the length of a journey of 500 years; he binds crowns for his Creator (Ḥag. 13b; comp. Pesiḳ. R. 20 [ed. Friedmann, p. 97a]). The angel Hadarniel led Moses in heaven until he reached the fire of Sandalfon; here he remained standing because he feared the fire. Moses himself was afraid at the sight of it, so that God placed Himself before it for his protection. The crowns that Sandalfon binds on God’s head are symbols of praise for the different angels” (Pesiḳ. R. l.c.).

If the accounts of 3 Enoch are to be believed, when certain chosen few in a favorable position with God, they ascended into heaven and were turned or translated into demiurgical angels or gods. They became examples of what humans could become. This is perhaps why, according to many ancient sources that Satan and his fallen angels hate humanity so much and jealous of their position before God, even in their fallen state, because of their ability to repent. They knew that a lowly human could one day surpass them in every possible way. Even St. Paul writes in 1 Corinthians (6:3): “…do you not know that we are to judge the angels?” In the Letter of Hebrews 2:5-8, the Pauline author recalls one of the Psalms and states:

Now God did not subject the coming world, about which we are speaking, to angels.

But someone has testified somewhere,

“What are human beings that you are mindful of them,

    or mortals, that you care for them?

 You have made them for a little while lower than the angels;

    you have crowned them with glory and honor,

subjecting all things under their feet.”

Could it be possible that the purpose of humanity is to ascend and become divine beings? A re-reading of many ancient texts seems to indicate that this is indeed the case. Many Gnostic, Hermetic, and Cathar texts seem to underscore this idea in the initiate becoming divinized, and in Orthodox Christianity, theosis was a primary method for humans to become angels, which connects to the idea of the resurrection of the dead. This is also a core belief of the Mormons as well.

Although this was somewhat touched on in the discussion of Eastern Orthodox hesychasm, one author, Tanase Nichifor in “Shining Face: Hidden and Revealed Christology,”[4] succinctly summarizes the aim of its mysticism to create a Christ-like Body of Light. This is the aim of theosis, ultimately.

On these unveiled shining faces, the divine energy of the ‘Christ the Image and Glory of God’ is being revealed. Christ will radiate within us like to the desert Fathers: Pambo, Sisoe, Silvanus. Christology of the Desert Fathers overlaps with pre‐Nicene Christology. In anthropological terms of the theosis, man is the mirror of divine glory (δόξα). So, just as the light of the transfiguration the light‐bearing robe of the unfallen Adam has an equally theological importance for theosis. Deification at the Desert Fathers acquires a specific anthropological content as Christification, that finds its fulfillment in a face‐to‐face encounter who, is both a theological theme and a spiritual teaching, both the goal of the divine economy and the process by which the economy is worked out in the believer. For Palamas, deification is, also, a supernatural gift that transforms both mind and body, making divinity visible (Triad 3.1. 33). Likeness also means a radiation of the presence of God within man, a “reciprocal interiority”.

In the saints this communion is expressed in the way God’s glory is reflected in their faces, in anticipation of the age to come. Therefore, this study is about the Desert Fathers’ contemplative experience of an outward luminosity, a physical radiance, similar to that of the hesychasts Athonite of the 14th century in late Byzantium. So, there is a convergence of desert wisdom with the Palamite hesychast theology, because this putting on of the clothing of holiness of the Desert Fathers is another component of the Glory likeness, is the visible glory of Transfiguration. On these unveiled shining faces, the divine energy of ‘Christ the Image and Glory of God’ is being revealed.

This is the Christology of the Desert Fathers. Secondly, speaking about the hesychast method of prayer and transformation of the body, Gregory Palamas also uses this Pauline theology of 2 Corinthians in Triad 1.2.2: Paul says: ‘God, who has ordered light to shine from darkness, has made His light to shine in our hearts, in order that we may be enlightened by the knowledge of the glory of God, in the face of Jesus Christ’ (2 Cor. 4:6); but he adds, ‘We carry this treasure in earthen vessels” (2 Cor. 4:7). So we carry the Father’s light in the face (prosōpon) of Jesus Christ in earthen vessels, that is, in our bodies, in order to know the glory of the Holy Spirit.” We could grasp the convergence between the desert ascetic spirituality and the hesychast spirituality in the work of Gregory Palamas. For him, Moses the lawgiver, Stephen the protomartyr, and Arsenius the desert ascetic are examples from the Bible and the Fathers are men who were visibly transformed by divine light (Triad 2.3.9). God transcends the senses yet the knowledge of God is experiential. The monks know this. They see the hypostatic light spiritually – in reality, not in a symbolic fashion. During the hesychast controversy, St Gregory Palamas defends the reality of the encounter with God of those monks who reported seeing a vision of light at the culmination of intense period of prayer.


In the Macarian homilies Moses’ shining countenance and the luminosity of Adam’s prelapsarian tselem serve as metaphors for major paradigms of the transformational vision. In the Macarian writings, one can also encounter a third paradigm of luminous transformation which is radically different from the previous two traditions. “In a peculiar Macarian understanding of Christ’s transfiguration on Mt. Tabor, the duality of inner and outer in visio Dei is attempted through in a new metaphor of the transformational vision – Christ’s ‘Body of Light’”. Therefore, into the Macarian theology the Kabod internalization become possible only as a consequence of the event of Christ’s transfiguration. ‘Brightening Face’ Christology of the Desert Fathers is an ascetic interiorization of Christ, together with a somatic experience and outward luminosity.

Moreover, Revelation 12’s man-child ascension to God’s throne from the Winged Sun Lady appears to be a fulfillment of this promise and prophecy that we see in Elijah, Enoch, and even Moses’s ascension. Margaret Barker in Temple Theology (pg. 23), writes about this theme specifically:

In temple theology, resurrection was not a post mortem experience. It was theosis, the transformation of a human being into a divine being – which came with the gift of Wisdom; and theosis, described in various ways, was at the heart of temple tradition, together with the belief in a resurrected anointed one, a resurrected Messiah. The Christians thought of themselves as angels on earth; Jesus had exhorted them to become sons of light (John 12:36; see also Eph. 5:8 ‘walk as children of light’), Paul reminded the Thessalonians that they were all sons of light (1 Thess. 5:5)…
