This essay builds upon the conclusions reached in the book The Sun Lady Unveiled. In The Sun Lady Unveiled, and in the essay “Sun Lady Tales,” the subject of the cabalistic Tree of Life and Tree of Death were discussed in their connections to various themes not only found in the Book of Revelation but also in other books of the Bible. In the Western Mystery Tradition, the Tree of Life is used for various magical methods—primarily what is called “pathworking.” This psychic methodology involves clairvoyant exploration of the 22 paths (or modes of consciousness) between the ancient astral, interdimensional structures called “sefirots” on the Tree of Life. In a sense, cabalistic pathworking is also a method of Adam Kadmon to descend and reascend through each sefirot and “four worlds” of emanation—as each sphere is ruled over by a specific archangel and God-name.
This pathworking also includes traversing the dangerous, inverse Qliphothic shells, as well. Could the following universal symbols such as the Tree of Life, Jacob’s Ladder, the New Jerusalem Cube, Metatron’s Cube, the Ouroboros, the Hypercube, the Gnostic Ophite map of creation, among other concepts, be related or intersect with one another as being different fractals of the same whole continuum?
St. Michael is depicted as the mighty “initiatory” angel that inaugurates the Messianic Age when Jesus Christ returns to reclaim the world from Satan’s leasehold. In Coptic Christian magical texts along with the Old Testament texts like Daniel (and Revelation, of course), St. Michael is also elevated to an eschatological proto-messianic figure and protector of Israel and the Church. Michael’s appearance in Revelation also mirrors other accounts such as Matthew 17, which tells us about Jesus’ transfiguration on Mt. Tabor—acting as a sort of bridge between heaven and earth.
Eastern Orthodox theology has long placed great emphasis on this story as the central basis for the Hesychast mystical tradition first formulated by Gregory Palamas in the 14th century. This transfiguration is often referred to as the “Uncreated Light” (also known as the Ein Sof in the cabalistic texts) that Hesychast monks aim to behold in their meditative and contemplative prayer life. This idea is also found in the occult substance known as the “Astral Light” spread throughout the Abyss. We also see variations of this idea in the Platonic “hyperuranion”, cabalistic literature like the Sefer Yeztirah, and the Sefer Bahir, among others.
We will see how all of this is connected to a primeval Apocalypse ritual that must be performed so that the cycle of creation renews—including the “stoicheia” or the lower astral elements of the cosmos—into eternity future. The restoration of the Tree of Life is all part of the continuous loop connecting the End of the World to the restoration of Paradise, and the war between God, Man, and the Devil.
This reality is hinted at by Jesus in the Gospel of Thomas, Logion 18, and Revelation 22:13. Paul says in Romans 8:19-22 about the corruption of matter from humanity’s fall and its longing for the eschatological glorification of believers, when creation itself will be perfected in freedom and glory in the New Jerusalem—a prominent symbol for the result of the Great Work of Initiation. This is the reunification of Adam Kadmon with the Supernal Eden on the cabalistic Tree of Life—a subject that will be also examined in-depth. This is the same as the Marriage of the Lamb and Wedding Feast in the golden cube of eternity.

As it turns out, the Bible has many indictments against the cabal of global elite movers and shakers of the global reset:
28 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!
2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.
7 But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
8 For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.
In Isaiah 29:15-17, we read the following verses:
15 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?
Further onward we read more indictments.
20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
“There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.” – Ezekiel 22:55.
9 And the Lord said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
10 They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.
11 Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them. – Jeremiah 11:9-11
12 “Don’t call everything a conspiracy, like they do, and don’t live in dread of what frightens them.
13 Make the LORD of Heaven’s Armies holy in your life. He is the one you should fear. He is the one who should make you tremble.
14 He will keep you safe. But to Israel and Judah he will be a stone that makes people stumble, a rock that makes them fall. And for the people of Jerusalem he will be a trap and a snare. – Isaiah 8:12-14
Revelation 18:23 tells us that the “kings of the earth” are involved in dark sorcery.
“And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.”
This is the essence of the complete inversion of all universal truths in view of the coming “great reset”. The world flips on its axis and transforms itself when the world faces the Sun in a different direction—where chaos is transformed into order when its hit by the Primeval Light when these two elements of reality interact with one another.
In late May, a few days after Barrack Obama made his graduation speech on television—inviting the world to “join us” in the coming reset—the United States found itself at the center of a trigger event viz. the ritual sacrifice of George Floyd (see his double-headed phoenix tattoo) that sparked a fury of protests and riots with communist brown-shirt gangs like BLM and Antifa. Roughly at the same time, there was also been a slew of videos of people recording demonic sky quake howls. Surely, there must be a connection. In synchronistic fashion, according to Wikipedia, the name George refers to the theophoric name which comes from “Zeus Georgos,”—an early title of the Greek god Zeus. Floyd refers to the Irish surname which also means “flood”. In other words, the Anti-Christ will come in like a flood. This is essentially a widespread anarcho-ritual sacrifice leading up to a second Civil War. This is all being fed into something called the “Black Awakening.” The mass “bending of the knee” of police officers and the military reminds us of what Tracy Twyman revealed in F.A.K.E. News: Unboxing the Compass.
Returning again to Anthropogenesis, Blavatsky quotes Herodotus saying that those of “Atlantes” were known to ‘daily cursed the sun at his rising and at his setting because his excessive heat scorched and tormented them.’ She then quotes her own (presumably channeled) commentaries, stating:
‘They (the sixth sub-race of the Atlanteans) used magic incantations even against the Sun’—failing in which, they cursed it. The sorcerers of Thessaly were credited with the power of calling down the moon, as Greek history assures us.
This fits right in with the subject matter of Genuflect, as well as the depictions of Baphomet discovered and reproduced by Joseph von Hammer-Purgstall in Mysterium Baphometis Revelatum, which he believed to be actual Templar artifacts. On those, we see “Mete,” a hermaphroditic (and thus more accurate to the original) version of the Persian-Roman goddess Cybele, pulling the Sun and the Moon (shown inverted) down from the sky. Or, at least, that’s been my interpretation of it for some time. Considering the fact that the Sun and Moon are shown upside-down while Mete is standing upright, and the cuffs of the shackles connected to them are not directly connected to her legs, there could be more to it.
After all, this image in particular seems to have been what inspired Eliphas Levi to draw Baphomet in the way that he did. In color versions of this plate, we see the demon’s right hand forming the mano pantea with his first three fingers (a sign of benediction), pointing them upward at a golden crescent that appears floating above it, screen left. Meanwhile, the left hand, forming the same gesture but pointed downward (making it, thus, a sign of malediction, or cursing) is aimed at a darker, reddish-brown crescent located below it, screen right (the same color the Moon takes when there’s a lunar eclipse).
Levi’s own writings explain the attitude in which he depicts Baphomet in his book Dogma and Ritual of High Magic as “his two hands forming the sign of hermetism, the one pointing up to the white moon of Chesed, the other pointing down to the black one of Geburah.” Thus, these two crescents are usually explained by occult writers as being “the waxing and waning Moon.”
However, consider the fact that in the color version of the picture, one of the crescents resembles exactly what the Sun looks like during the solar eclipse, and the other one has the same color as an eclipsed Moon. It seems to me that this picture is telling us something about the nature of these celestial events. Also, it seems that the symbolism is connected to the original “Templar” depiction of Mete found by Hammer-Purgstall. The Sun and Moon both being eclipsed simultaneously is equivalent in symbolism to them being pulled down and/or overturned, as we see in the Mete image. Worthy of note here is the fact that other idols of Mete reproduced by Hammer-Purgstall are covered with depictions of the patterns of multiple crescents of sunlight that appear on the ground and other things during a total solar eclipse (called “shadow bands”).
Then think about exactly what Herodotus said about the people of “Atlantes,” whom Blavatsky equates with the Atlanteans. He said that they tried and failed to control the Sun. This is perhaps what Baphomet is trying to do with his upward-pointing hand raised towards it in a spell-casting gesture). But they were successful in bringing down the Moon (which is perhaps what Baphomet is doing with his downward-pointing hand).
This same symbolism is also reflected—perhaps not coincidentally—the path of the solar eclipse of August 21, 2017 when drawn on a US map. I produced a video about Hurricane Irma and the Germanic legend of Irminsul, the pillar that holds up the sky in that mythology. In it, I explained symbolism I saw in the eclipse in regards to the present and future status of the United States of America.
It involves the same symbolism as the civil war: cutting the country in half, dividing the South from the North, and pitting the black against the white (symbolically, light versus darkness). I also mentioned that both the hurricane and the eclipse had the metaphorical effect of “cutting off Florida.” (I did not mention Manly P. Hall’s theory that Florida is the “Isle of Saturn” that Plutarch wrote about, implicitly connecting the Americas to the legend of Atlantis.)
I will now suggest to you potential aspects of these symbolic connections that you might not have considered. To me, the eclipse represented the same gesture that takes place at the culmination of the rooftop sex ritual in Genuflect when the character representing the old Sun is forced to bow down to the new Sun. I see this encoded in several aspects, including the slanted path of the eclipse itself when plotted on a US map, which brings to my mind a figure on bended knee. I see the United States half-genuflecting (on one knee only) to something that has dominated it. This is the position that Shu, the Egyptian equivalent to Atlas, takes when holding up the sky. This is directly relevant to America’s probable role as both the old and “New” Atlantis. Basically, the idea is that just as Atlas purportedly upholds the heavens, Atlantis, as a fallen realm, is now holding up a realm built on top of it. Blavatsky makes some interesting points that seem relevant here, citing the work of nineteenth-century Irish scholar Sir Theodore Martin. She writes:
Atlas is said to have been compelled to leave the surface of the earth, and join his brother Iapetos in the depths of Tartarus. Sir Theodore Martin is right in interpreting this allegory as meaning, Atlas ‘standing on the solid floor of the inferior hemisphere of the universe and thus carrying at the same time the disc of the earth and the celestial vault — the solid envelope of the superior hemisphere’ . . . (Memoires de l‘Academie des Inscriptions, p. 176). For Atlas is Atlantis which supports the new continents and their horizons on its ‘shoulders.’
Perhaps, then, you can imagine what went through my mind when, for the second year in a row, the Masonically-significant date of September 23 was marked with public reenactments of the mourning ritual that Masons do for their imaginary hero Hiram Abiff (a stand-in for the demons who are said to have built it). I am of course referring to the kneeling protests that started the football seasons both this year and last, but appear to have much more momentum this year.
September 23 is the date on which Freemasons observe the Autumnal Equinox, marked as the date on the screen-right pillar on their Royal Arch tracing boards, and the Vernal Equinox marked off on the screen-left pillar, with the keystone joining them at the top of the arch (or sometimes shown removed to let in the rays of the Hyperuranian Sun). It’s also the date that the ladder of seven steps leads to, according to The Secret Societies of All Ages & Countries—Volume 2, by Charles William Heckethorn. But there’s much more, for September 23 is also the date on which Freemasons observe the martyrdom of Hiram. The Masonic ritual revealing the mysteries of Hiram involves half-genuflection to his body, lying dead in a shallow grave.
Just in time for Sol Invictus Day, we have the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Capricorn, exactly on the Winter Solstice, December 21st. From our vantage point, this alignment will create a radiant point of light referred to as the “Star of Bethlehem”. This is significant because I explained about Jupiter’s connection with the Winter Solstice in The Sun Lady Unveiled, tying in the Christian historian and Theologian Sextus Julius Africanus’ Narrative of Events Happening in Persia on the Birth of Christ, which is mainly about the journey of the Magi from the East for the Annunciation. The text connects Juno with the Virgin Mary and Jupiter with Jesus Christ as the divine child. Everything is coming clearly into focus that these signs are the culmination of the Revelation 12 sign and the Dragon, Saturn/Satan, standing before the Sun Lady about to give birth to the child, Jupiter as explained in-depth in my book The Sun Lady Unveiled.
Jupiter is one of many identities associated with the child based on the Revelation 12-star sign that occurred on September 23, 2017, and Saturn is the one known to devour children. Melchizedek is another Jewish representation of Jupiter/Zeus as well. What all this represents ultimately is a turf war between Christ and Satan as represented by Michael casting out the Great Dragon to the Earth. This is similar to the themes expressed in Hesiod’s Theogony, which not only explains the origins of the cosmos in a Greek mythological lens but also the Titanomachy, or War of the Titans, which is about the Olympian gods casting down the Titans of Atlantis, who are punished by being consigned to Tartarus. Atlas himself is forced to hold the heavens, as well, for his punishment.
In my book The Sun Lady Unveiled, I mentioned the “bifurcation of the timelines.” I think this alludes to the idea of the Christian “rapture” or what many in New Age circles call “ascension.” Perhaps this eclipse will, in turn split reality. In many instances on my blog, I have made many references to Saturn. And I suspect because of Saturn’s return, many things that were “things of the past” will eventually be “things of the future” since appear to be entrapped in a cyclical, eternal time loop symbolized by the Ouroboros. In my book The Sun Lady Unveiled, I go into the apparent origins of the Antichrist and point out that when he desecrates the temple of God, he in fact (albeit temporarily) becomes the ruler and Cosmocrator of the world. Connect this with the rise of the Saturn cult, the result of this move is hard to fathom but it is also the height or culmination of Saturn’s empire over the universe. In the end, however, he too, like so many titans before him are consigned to Tartarus.
Returning to the Throne of God, we already saw that this is the axis mundi or tree that supports all existence, as Revelation reveals. Elsewhere in scripture, we find the idea of an Antichrist figure bring about an “abomination of desolation.” The prophet Daniel speaks of desecrated temples and desolate temples (11: 31; 9:17), as destroyed temples (9:26) by the Antichrist, through his abomination of desolation.
“Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the continual burnt offering. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate.” Daniel 11:31 (RSV-CE).
Jesus also acknowledges Daniel’s prophecy, in His famous dissertation on “the signs of His [second] coming and of the end of the world” in Matthew chapter 24, he says: “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place”— the Jewish temple in Jerusalem—“whoever reads [the book of Daniel], let them understand” (Matthew 24:15). Let us also remember the words of 2 Thessalonians 4-9 (NRSV) about the man of lawlessness (which sounds like Belial’s epithet):
4 He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, declaring himself to be God. 5 Do you not remember that I told you these things when I was still with you? 6 And you know what is now restraining him, so that he may be revealed when his time comes. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work, but only until the one who now restrains it is removed. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will destroy with the breath of his mouth, annihilating him by the manifestation of his coming.
Interestingly, there are connections between the Antichrist and Jesus’s judgments in the Gospels. Jesus warned the unrepentant cities of Chorazin and Bethsaida, the inhabitants of whom witnessed first-hand His miracles but did not believe in Him, that the judgment on those Jewish cities would be greater than that of the wicked pagan cities of Tyre and Sidon (Matthew 11:20-22; Luke 10:13).
In occultism, some have theorized that the atomic bomb Los Alamos Trinity site is the new Chorazin, which is the black city from which the Antichrist will be born (or has been born or summoned through operations of Satanists like Jack Parsons) and also connects the Thelemic Devil, Choronzon with Chorazin. Choronzon also has many similarities with Samael and Ialdabaoth of Gnosticism and John Dee’s channeling. John Dee himself viewed the Book of Revelation as a ritual magic text and the perfect channel to usher in the Apocalypse.
Recently, there have been mysterious sightings of monoliths resembling the one shown in 2001: A Space Odyssey.
As mentioned in my previous post, there are two cubes that exist as the Heavenly Jerusalem and the Saturnian cube that arises out of the infernal City of Nod. When the cubes meet the world we know will be destroyed except for those inside the white cube of the New Jerusalem, the shining city that lands on earth after all of the turmoil and suffering after the events of the apocalypse have passed.
The black /cube prism somehow (alchemically) changes the nature of light, it circles around Saturn and comes back to the moon to do another loop. This is what I believe the black monolith of 2001: A Space Odyssey, represents and perhaps can be connected to the stones of acquittal per Revelation and Zechariah. The monolith could also be a black inversion of the holy stones and instead, a cursed object in which Kronos or Saturn or whatever demiurgical power guides creation on the course of evolution to eventually merge with it. Tracy Twyman in Killing God to Become Godtells us more about the significance of the Monolith.
Before the “Spiders from Mars,” Bowie had earlier confessed his true status with his second album, 1969’s Space Oddity, which he released just days prior to the Apollo 11 Moon landing. He said it was based on the film 2001: A Space Odyssey. Now here he was dropping a major clue, because in actuality, 2001: A Space Odyssey was based on him, David Bowie. The character’s name in the film is “David Bowman.” It is based on Crowley’s ritual of the “Equinox of the Gods,” which is about the destruction of the Universe, killing the Creator, and crowning a new God.
The director for 2001, Stanley Kubrick, is suspected by many of having been the filmmaker of the allegedly fake Moon landing movies. His last film, Eyes Wide Shut, was about secret elite sex parties. The co-author of the script was Arthur C. Clarke, an accused pedophile with ties to all sorts of elites, such as Rupert Murdoch. He was about to be knighted by Prince Charles when news broke of his crimes, sparking protests in Sri Lanka, where he was living. (Rupert Murdoch spiked the story.)
The theme for the film is Also Sprach Zarathustra, a song in reference to the Nietzsche book Thus Spake Zarathustra, also about killing God, bringing forth a deified race of men to rule instead.
The “Equinox” ritual that I believe 2001 is based on is supposed to be performed during the Vernal Equinox. However, it is a more cosmic equinox that is commemorated here. It is when all the planetary gods “align” and are made “equal,” thus cancelling each other out and destroying existence.
This planetary alignment is shown at the end of the film 2001, in the sequence called “Jupiter and Beyond the Infinite.”
The ritual clearly describes what is supposed to happen when this occurs. The characters in the ritual all represent planetary deities. “Saturn” kills an entity identified as “Osiris/Jesus,” and then declares an end to Mankind, God, and the physical universe:
♄: The Voice of the Lord upon the Waters: the Terror of God upon Mankind. The voice of the Lord maketh the Skies to tremble: the Stars are troubled: the Aires fall. Cursed, cursed be the Earth, for her iniquity is great. Oh Lord! Let Thy Mercy be lost in the great Deep! Open thine eyes of Flame and Light, O God, upon the wicked! Lighten thine Eyes! The Clamour of Thy Voice, let it smite down the Mountains! Let us not see it! Cover we our eyes, lest we see the End of Man. Close we our ears, lest we hear the cry of Woman. Let none speak of it: let none write it!29 No! d : No! c : No! ♄ : All is changed! d : All is confounded! c : Naught is ordered! ♄ : The white is stained with blood! d : The black is kissed of the Christ! c : Return! ♄ : Return!30 Tremble ye, O Pillars of the Universe, for Eternity is in travail of a Terrible Child; she shall bring forth an universe of Darkness, whence shall leap forth a spark that shall put his father to flight. d : The Obelisks are broken! c : The stars have rushed together! d : The Light hath plunged into the Abyss: c : The Heavens are mixed with Hell! ♄ : My Father shall not hear their Noise: His ears are closed: His eyes are covered with the clouds of Night. d : The End! c : The End! ♄ : The End! For the Eye of Shiva He hath opened: the Universe is naked before Him: for the Aeon of Saturn leaneth toward the Bosom of Death!31 ♂: It is a new chaos that thou findest here: chaos for thee: for us it is the skeleton of a New Truth!32 I have opened mine eye, and the universe is dissolved before me, for force is mine upper eye-lid and matter is my lower eye-lid. I gaze into the seven spaces, and there is naught.
Note that a statue of this Hindu god of “creation and destruction,” Shiva, who is said to destroy the universe when he opens his eye, stands in front of the particle accelerator at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland, which many people have accused of being a plot to “open a portal to Hell.” They are, admittedly, trying to create “mini-universes,” having already allegedly discovered the “God particle.”
In the film 2001, there is a mysterious “monolith” found on the Moon, which is discovered to be emitting a signal directly to another Monolith that is floating around Jupiter, next to its moon Europa. Originally, Arthur C. Clarke wanted this planet to be Saturn. It was Kubrick’s choice to make it Jupiter, and I believe there are symbolic reasons for that. However, Clarke ended up rushing out a book version of the story which came out before the film, largely because he felt the original choice of Saturn was important.
If you think about it, showing two objects sharing radio signals between Saturn and the Moon is a perfect way to depict what a lot of people think is actually going on in our experience of the universe. As I mentioned in my article Prince, David Bowie, David Icke, Philip K. Dick, and the Saturn Simulation, David Icke and others think we are living in an illusion generated by radio waves from Saturn, and amplified by the Moon.
In 2001, after the planets are shown aligning, with the monolith included, David Bowman presumably enters “the infinite,” as the sequence title suggests. We see his eye, and we see his point of view. It seems like he is departiclized, “torn apart” (like Ziggy Stardust and Zagreus/Dionysus), with special effects suggesting this. This matches up with the practices of numerous cults in which higher adepts are instructed on how to ascend through the heavenly spheres when they die (each corresponding to a planet), and after conquering each of these gods, emerge into a higher sphere of reality, or as some saw it, create a universe of their own. (This isn’t much different from Mormon doctrine on the afterlife, actually.) Clearly, this is what is being depicted here.
After being dematerialized, David Bowman is reborn as a god. We see stellar formations coalescing to form a fetus, sparked by the ejection of stellar “sperm.” An actual, human-looking baby fetus forms, but as the film closes, we see the baby right next to a blue planet, to scale, as though they are the same size, as is also shown on the movie poster for the film’s sequel, 2010 (although the planet shown there is Jupiter).
The New Age of Aquarius is not only ruled by Saturn as a disciplinary figure but also by Uranus as a rebel, as the Grand Lodge Communitas Saturni makes this connection known:
The Saturn Gnosis implies that a man or a woman as microcosm is the reflected image of the macrocosm. Humans therefore possess the complete creative potentiality of the universe. This is expressed in the sentence “Every man and every woman is a star”. Now it is necessary to evolve this powerful and mighty potentiality within and to find the own true will. This is expressed in the Law of THELEMA which goes: “Do what thou wilt is the whole of the Law! There is no Law but: Do what thou wilt!” In the past ages quite a few people were able to perceive and to follow that, but there is a collective interest in the Age of Aquarius that will enable more people to translate the Law of Thelema into action.
The alternative is slavery and suppression by the dying Christian god, whose image has been maintained by the agony of his followers during the last 2000 years. The fading Age of Pisces has been ruled astrologically and/or astrosophically by the realms of Jupiter and Neptune. But this power, or in the diction of the Saturn Gnosis, this Demiurge has come to an end.
The dawning Age of Aquarius is influenced by Saturn and Uranus. Uranus as a revolutionist is the symbol for the upheaval of the dogmata and self-made laws. The Demiurge Saturn symbolises limits as well as the expansion of the human ego and its evolution. Furthermore, Saturn shows the individual path of the ego according to the Law of Thelema. The Saturn Gnosis also describes that the solar principle, the ego, is an essence of Saturn. To say it metaphorically, the essence of Saturn is the sun, and the essence of the sun is Saturn. This analogy reminds of the symbol of Yin and Yang, each including the contrary principle within. So now we have reached light and darkness, a central term of Gnosticism. The Saturn Gnosis however is about to unite and to rule the principles of dualism up to highest standards.
In Carl Jung’s Aion: Researchers Into the Phenomenology of the Self (p. 74), he specifically mentions the importance of the malefic Saturn and benefic Jupiter astronomical conjunction where they cancel each other off—signaling the universal reset.
Further, that in anno mundi 2365,11 a great conjunction of Saturn (f?) and Jupiter (U ) took place in Pisces. 12 These two great planets, he says, are also the most important for the destiny of the world, and especially for the destiny of the Jews. The conjunction took place three years before the birth of Moses. (This is of course legendary.) Abarbanel expects the coming of the Messiah when there is a conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Pisces. He was not the first to express such expectations. Four hundred years earlier we find similar pronouncements; for instance, Rabbi Abraham ben Hiyya, who died about 1136, is said to have decreed that the Messiah was to be ex- pected in 1464, at the time of the great conjunction in Pisces; and the same is reported of Solomon ben Gabirol (1 020-70).13 These astrological ideas are quite understandable when one considers that Saturn is the star of Israel, and that Jupiter means the “king” (of justice).
Chiun (Saturn) is mentioned in Amos 5 : 26 as “the star of your god.” 15 James of Sarug (d. 521) says the Israelites worshipped Saturn. The Sabaeans called him the “god of the Jews.” 16 The Sabbath is Saturday, Saturn’s Day. Albumasar 17 testifies that Saturn is the star of Israel. 18 In medieval astrology Saturn was believed to be the abode of the devil. 19 Both Saturn and Ialdabaoth, the demiurge and highest archon, have lion’s faces. Origen elicits from the diagram of Celsus that Michael, the first angel of the Creator, has “the shape of a lion.” 20 He obviously stands in the place of Ialdabaoth, who is identical with Saturn, as Origen points out. 21
Then on p. 76, we read the following:
Unlike Saturn, Jupiter is a beneficent star. In the Iranian view Jupiter signifies life, Saturn death. The conjunction of the two therefore signifies the union of extreme opposites.
What we are dealing with in texts like Revelation is also a culmination of other apocalyptic and wisdom texts, like Enoch and the Dead Sea Scrolls. Paul Davidson in “Michael the Great Prince and Savior of Israel” tells us that Michael, along with other figures in the Bible, like Melchizedek, are different manifestations of the same figure—the Prince of Light.
In Daniel 12:1, he is the Great Prince, prophesied to appear as the deliverer of Israel at the end of the present age. The War Scroll of Qumran, written about a half century after Daniel, describes Michael as the Prince of Light, a warrior angel who will defeat the devil Belial and establish his own kingdom in heaven and on earth.
This is the day appointed by Him for the defeat and overthrow of the Prince of the kingdom of wickedness, and He will send eternal succour to the company of His redeemed by the might of the princely Angel of the kingdom of Michael. …He will raise up the kingdom of Michael in the midst of the gods, and the realm of Israel in the midst of all flesh. (1QM 17.5–9)
And the Prince of Light Thou hast appointed from ancient 10 times to come to our support; [all the sons of righteousness are in his hand], and all the spirits of truth are under his dominion. But Belial, the Angel of Malevolence, Thou hast created for the Pit; his [rule] is in Darkness and his purpose is to bring about wickedness and iniquity. (1QM 13.10)
According to my reading, most scholars agree that Michael and Melchizedek were regarded as two names of the same Prince of Light by the authors of many of the Qumran scrolls.9 Thus, when 2QMelch describes Melchizedek as an eschatological warrior who exacts God’s vengeance against Belial and then reigns as king, we can infer this deliverer also to be Michael, the same Prince of Light (Hannah, pp. 70–72).
John J. Collins, arguably the world’s most renowned scholar of apocalyptic literature, describes the notion of a transcendent savior figure as “perhaps the most significant development in Jewish messianism…in the second century B.C.E.” He notes that Persian influence is “widely and plausibly believed” as having shaped the Jewish dualistic framework of a Prince of Light, Michael, who is balanced by an Angel of Darkness, Belial (Collins 1987, p. 101).
Following the logic and the takeaway message from the author, perhaps Jesus, Michael, Metatron, and Melchizedek are all different facets or incarnations of the Logos. The physical world forces them to break into different frequencies like light through a prism or fractals.
According to demonic exorcist Russ Dizdar, the “Illuminati” have injected their minions in all levels of society, including the media, the military, the police, politics (naturally), and even the mainstream Christian church. In a sense, these people are a fifth-column operation. Connect all this with what was taking place with BLM movements earlier this year with the call to remove all and any religious (that is Christian) iconography that depicts Jesus, St. Michael, Mary, St. Peter, etc. as “white” as well as harassing and assaulting Christian believers, and the razing of all Christian churches (not to mention the draconian restrictions of the gathering of the masses in Churches as well).
In my mind, this all connects to what happened in 2019 with the ritual burning of Notre Dame—the same place that the book Fulcanelli’s Mystery of the Cathedrals is based on. On July 19, 2020, the Nantes cathedral was also set ablaze, as well, echoing what occurred last year in 2019.Le Serpent Rouge (the Red Dragon)contains references to the Flood of Noah, baptism, and alchemy:

Returning again to the white hill, the sky opens its floodgates. Close to me a presence, its feet in the water, like one who has just received the mark of baptism, I turn away again to the east, facing me I see unwinding endlessly by his coils, the enormous Red Serpent mentioned in the documents, rigid and bitter, the huge, unleashed beast at the foot of the white mountain beast becomes scarlet with anger.
I have always thought abyss = chaos and this could be equally thought of as the Flood waters (the Noah apocalypse) and the Lake of Fire (St. John the Divine’s Apocalypse). John the Baptist baptized with water and said the one who came after would baptize with the Holy Ghost and with fire. The Holy Ghost is the Gnosis, the knowledge of the primeval abyss, which can be symbolized equally as either fire or water. You must immerse yourself in it to know it, and you risk drowning or getting burnt. Returning to Fulcanelli’s Mystery of the Cathedrals, he writes about the “double cataclysm” in connection with the French Cyclic Cross of Hendaye’s strange inscription:
In this way we obtain the following strange announcement: I1 est kcrit que la vie se rkfugie en un seul espace (It is written that life takes refuge in a single space) and we learn that a country exists, where death cannot reach man at the terrible time of the double cataclysm. As for the geographical location of this promised land, from which the elite will take part in the return of the golden age, it is up to us to find it. For the elite, the children of Elias, will be saved according to the word of Scripture, because their profound faith, their untiring perseverance in effort, will have earned for them the right to be promoted to the rank of disciples of the Christ-Light. They will bear his sign and will receive from him the mission renewing for regenerated humanity the chain of tradition of humanity which has disappeared.
The online cartoon “I, Pet Goat 2,” also depicts a Jesus-like figure, who many have connected to the Anti-Christ. From what we have seen earlier with the quotation from the OverLords of Chaos website, combining that with the images above—the outcome of all of this should be obvious. Earlier, we’ve touched on the alchemical formula for “Solve et. Coagula” of our current universe into the new aeon. This is what the New World Order represents.
I am not the only one who is suggesting the apocalyptic idea of universal destruction and rebirth. In fact, the website Taileaters tells us something similar.
The church collapsing in on itself is an incredibly symbolic image. Recently people have made connections to how the spiral on the cathedral of Notre Dame collapsed in a very similar way. There are many interpretations of what this scene truly represents. Some believe that this image depicts Jesus as the antichrist, which breaks down modern religion, society, and current ways of thinking. Others feel that this symbolizes Christ breaking free from the restraints of a corrupt church, and making way for a new world. Another widespread impression is that this signifies the end of old ideas and the ushering of a new era.
Moving forward into the sunset, Jesus leaves all previous structure behind him. We see a meteor hit a Pyramid in the horizon, the wake from the first collapse, then takes out the remaining pyramids. This is a representation of starting fresh in the new world.
Notably, the term “Solve et. Coagula” is also mentioned by Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano in his open letter to Plus Ultra member President Donald Trump. Luke 21:32-26 (KJV), it tells us that a snare is sprung on the world, which is a reference to the New World Order or the “Global Reset” of the World Economic Forum.
32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
This is all connected to the Global Reset/Fourth Industrial Revolution initiative. This reset is mainly about centralizing power in the One World Order as many conspiracy truthers have been warning for years under the guise of the Green New Deal. In my article, “The Esoteric Meaning of Death In Vegas’s Dirt Music Video” I discuss the overt occult and fascist imagery shown throughout, which also discusses KKK Grand Master and Freemason Albert Pike’s prophecy of the coming “New Æon” ruled over by Lucifer, the Crowned and Conquering Child, also known as “Ra-Hoor-Khuit.” This same entity could also be considered one and the same as the Thelemic idea of the “higher genius” also known as the “Holy Guardian Angel” of the “New Æon” as explained in “Plan 93 from Outer Space” by Peter-Robert Koenig.
Crowley’s (feminine?) Hoor-paar-kraat (Set) was again understood as the HGA; in the Tetragrammaton YHVH Ra-Hoor-Khuit (Horus) corresponded with the Vav, and Hoor-paar-kraat to the Heh final. “This identifies Hoor-paar-kraat with the Aeon of Ma’at.”  Lam ‘sits’ in the Muladhara Chakra’s Bija-Mantra, where the Fiery Serpent (or Kundalini) waits to uncoil. The ‘optical’ union with Lam took place in Lam’s eyes, the region of the Ajna-Chakra (and also the seat of the will).  According to Crowley this corresponded to a sex-magical act in which one became conscious of the Ajna and Muladhara Chakras during orgasm.

For an occultist, it meant that there was no longer any distinction between inner and outer. Evolution demanded that one cast off such old mental habits,  and that humanity should become non-human, as in Crowley’s A.·. A.·., where a kind of superman hatched from the Egg or Babe of the Abyss (that is, the concept of dissolution in occult Qabalah, the bridge between human and divine). Freed of Ego, only this new human creature can help human evolution, and perhaps even that of the universe. [‘Babe of the Abyss’; the whole point being that the Kabbalistic Abyss is the ultimate womb from which the soul is born before progressing to the Supernal Triad of sefiroth (Kether, Chokmah, and Binah) on the Tree of Life. After being born from the Abyss, it first reaches Binah, the ‘Magna Mater’.]
In an article connecting Aleister Crowley, the perpetual flap of UFO’s and Enochian magick called “100 years Ago—Did Crowley Usher in the Modern UFO Wave With An Interdimensional Portal?” by Andrew Arnett, he writes how Kenneth Grant would briefly take over the Ordo Templi Orientis and create a magical ritual invoking Lam by using its egg-shaped portrait as a gateway. Arnett refers to this archived Bibliotecapleyades article, where Arnett does not automatically reveal the true intent of such rituals but the later does, stating that the ritual is aimed at creating an astral egg-shaped “bubble”—much like an alchemical ark—to travel to parallel dimensions.
Discussions of Eggs and “safe spaces” reminds me of the cocooned Matrix-like future of technology that is quickly engulfing all around us. In William Bramley’s The Gods of Eden (p. 193), the author connects UFO’s with pandemics (see the quote below). The TV Show Ancient Aliens even did an episode about it, connecting comets and asteroids with omens involving mass pandemics like the Black Death.
… UFOs (i.e. the Custodial society) have bombarded the human race with deadly diseases. This evidence is particularly intriguing when we consider claims made by a number of modern UFO contactees who say that they are relaying messages to mankind from the UFO society. Some of them claim that UFOs are here to help mankind and that UFOs will eradicate disease on Earth. The UFO civilization reportedly has no disease. If the Custodial civilization is indeed so healthy, perhaps it is only because it is not bombarding itself with germ weapons. If UFOs truly intended to bring health to the human race, maybe all they needed to do was to stop spraying infectious biological agents into the air.
Recently, there has been talk of the existence of aliens or a “galactic federation” from Israeli officials, as well.
The OTO Ordo Templi Orientis was the first of the great Old Æon orders to accept The Book of the Law, received by Aleister Crowley in 1904. This book proclaims a New Æon in human thought, culture, and religion. The Æon arises from a single supreme injunction: The Law of Thelema. Speaking of Babylon, Jack Parsons, the Antichrist black magician and Thelemite, also invoked Babalon, the Harlot dark goddess along with Frater H also known as L. Ron Hubbard, as Michael Staley writes in The Babalon Working.
As mentioned earlier, Parsons still considered himself a member of the A.·. A.·. In December 1948 he took the Oath of a Magister Templi, and the name Belarion, Antichrist. This oath was taken in the presence of Wilfred T. Smith, with whom he had evidently retained some sort of relationship. In 1949 he issued The Book of the Antichrist. This is a short text, and in it he relates how he was stripped of everything that he had and was, and then rededicated to Babalon. This was, he considered, a recharging of the current generated by the Babalon Working. He also pledged that the work of The Beast 666 would be fulfilled, and he seems to have seen that work as being, at least in part, a subversion of Christian ethics. He further prophesied that within seven years Babalon would manifest, so bringing his work to fruition.
In the essay, “Dr. John Dee, the Necronomicon & the Cleansing of the World – A Gnostic Trail” by Colin Low, he also tells us more about this coming “New Æon”.
In the book Demons of the Flesh: The Complete Guide to Left Hand Path Sex Magic by Nikolas Schreck and Zeena Schreck tells us how both the Beast of Revelation and the Whore/Harlot of Babylon are both derivatives of Ishtar/Inanna/Astarte/Asherah or even Ishtar’s evil sister Ereshkigal. Astaroth is usually the one depicted as female, although he is universally male in the grimoire tradition. Modern occultists usually depict him as female because the name originates from the Sumerian Innana/Astarte/Ishtar. Greenfield also makes the connection between the UFO alien group Ashtar Command with Astaroth, the fallen angel found in Solomonic grimoires. The symbol of Asraoth, being the eight-pointed star, is also the chief symbol for chaos magic as well.
For Thelemites, one of the primary symbols of Babalon is a vivid scarlet rose, its color suggesting the “blood of the saints” that fills the Cup of 275 Fornications held aloft by the Whore of Babylon in Revelations. This vaginal rose is equated by Crowley with the symbol of the Rosy Cross so central to Rosicrucianism. (The crimson rose of Babalon also recalls the importance of the yoni-like scarlet hibiscus flower in the secret rite of the Vama Marga.) For Crowley, the saints whose blood had seeped into the flower were not the Christian martyrs. They were the Masters of the Temple, like himself, who had supposedly crossed the abyss by pouring every last drop of their Selves into the Universal Oneness, symbolized as blood/semen ejaculated into the Whore’s vulva.
Considering the importance of Beast and Babalon to his religion, it is curious that Crowley barely looked into the origins of these mythic beings. If he had, he would have learned that just as the Whore was lnanna/Ishtar/Astarte, the Beast 666 was also originally a feminine deity, the she-dragon Leviathan, derived from pre-Christian Sumerian lore concerning Tiamat, atavistic goddess of the deep. This ancient understanding of the Beast as a female force negates Crowley’s self-definition of the Beast 666 as the quintessence of solar-phallic power, but then mythological scholarship was never the poetic romantic Crowley’s strong suit. His do-it-yourself mythology inexplicably presented Babalon as an aspect of the Egyptian goddess of the night sky, Nuit, suggesting in The Book Of The Law that Babalon is Nuit’s “secret name.” Babalon, as a being of sheer lust, was also interpreted by Crowley as the feminine counterpart of Pan, the lascivious goat-god of ancient Greece.
In the book The Secret Rituals of the Men in Black (p. 33), Allen H. Greenfield writes about these higher degree occult rituals in their usage of summoning “ultraterrestrials” as discussed by authors like John Keel.
THE rituals of the orthodox Western ceremonial magick tradition conceal the technology for contacting Ultraterrestrials across barriers of time, space and ‘dimensionality’, but also for breaking such contact should this prove necessary, or for containing any force or being brought forth in this manner.
The immediate past source for such rituals are the medieval magical texts termed “grimoires” or “grammars” that is, basic instructional texts—but their sources are much older. A clue to the origin of such texts can be found, for example, in the introductory narrative of the Clavicula Salomonis, or Key of King Solomon. In the 1888 translation by S.L. Mathers, we are told by ‘Solomon’ the purported author, “I suddenly beheld, at the end of a thickly-shaded vista of trees, a Light in the form of a blazing Star, which said unto me with a voice of thunder: Solomon, Solomon, be not dismayed; the Lord is willing to satisfy thy desire by giving thee knowledge of whatsoever thing is most pleasant to thee.”
What follows Solomon’s request for wisdom are various techniques for conjuring Celestial Powers and Beings, of controlling their energies and of sending them back to their places of origin. These beings are named and described in detail, as are the planets and spheres of their origin. While the antiquity of some of this material is unknown, some of it shows a knowledge of ancient Gnostic Wisdom Literature unavailable in medieval Europe, suggesting a very ancient origin.
One ritual that invokes the Power of Contact that comes from the Stars is certainly of very ancient origin. The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn polished the ritual as “The Bornless Ritual for the Invocation of the Higher Genius” in the late 19th Century, but a cruder version had been published in 1852 under the unappetizing title “Fragment of a Greco-Egyptian Work Upon Magic” and later reprinted by the great Egyptologist E. A. Wallis Budge in his turn-of-the-century book Egyptian Magic.
Allen T. Greenfield in the same book, (p. 30) tells us humanity’s relationship with its ultraterrestrial overlords aka the Archons.
These entities, and those of their kind, humans become More Than Human seem somehow to ‘keep things in balance’ through the ages of wars in the heavens and infiltration by Ultraterrestrials who, though far beyond humanity in knowledge and power seem somehow afraid of us. Whatever they fear in us seems to be our only salvation.
Perhaps the early Gnostics had it right in turning the Genesis story on its head. In the Gnostic Version, as in the ancient Hypostasis of the Archons (“the reality of the rulers”) we find that the Serpent of Wisdom is the defender of humanity (in Hebrew Cipher “serpent” and “messiah” have the same numerical value), offering us the Tree of Wisdom and the Tree of Immortality, in opposition to The Authorities, or Celestial Rulers, who wish to keep us in ignorance and in the shadow of death. The Serpent or Dragon is a close relative (mythically speaking) to our presumed benefactor, the Oannes, Prometheus, Odin and the other celestial Titans who, at great cost to themselves, steal for us the fire of heaven. But, as the Yada di’ Shi’ite, Aiwass, G.I. Gurdjieff, Phil Dick or Frederich Nietsche would tell us, we are our own salvation or damnation. This is the last thing government bureaucrats, Knights of Malta or goose-stepping Silver Shirts and fundamentalists would have you realize: You are not helpless. Resistance is not futile. Within humanity is some Seed of Greatness that even the very gods tremble at. If there is any ‘message’ in this book, it is that we are, potentially, a very powerful race of beings. This is, ultimately, a message of hope.
In Operation Trojan Horse by John Keel (p. 192-193), he writes more about these “Ultraterrestials” or the “Cryptoterrestrials”:
Did ancient man misinterpret UFO manifestations by placing them in a religious context? Apparently not. The literature indicates that the phenomenon carefully cultivated the religious frame of reference in early times, just as the modem manifestations have carefully supported the extraterrestrial frame of reference. Operation Trojan Horse is merely the same Qld game in a new, updated guise. The Devil’s emissaries of yesteryear have been replaced by the mysterious “men in black.” The quasi-angels of Biblical times have become magnificent spacemen. The demons, devils and false angels were recognized as liars and plunderers by early man. These same impostors now appear as long-haired Venusians. All of the major religions, and most of the minor ones, accept the God-Devil conflict, and their scriptures outline some possibly real episodes in which human beings have had some direct experience with this conflict. A large portion of all holy literature consists of material purportedly dictated to men by supernatural beings, and a good part of this seems more allegorical or metaphorical than real. The phenomenon may have passed along information about man’s origin and purpose carefully disguised in terms and fictitious episodes that could be understood by the minds of the people during the period when the messages were transmitted. Thus, the story of Adam and Eve might not be the actual truth but merely a great simplification of the truth.
In the Forgotten Books of Eden, an apocryphal book allegedly translated from ancient Egyptian in the nineteenth century, we are told that Satan and his hosts were fallen angels who populated the earth before Adam was brought into being, and Satan used lights, fire and water in his efforts to rid the planet of this troublesome creature. He even disguised himself as an angel from time to time and appeared as a beautiful young woman in his efforts to lead Adam to his doom. UFO-type lights were one of the Devil’s devices described in the Forgotten Books of Eden. Subtle variations on this same theme can be found in the Bible and in the numerous scriptures of the Oriental cultures. Religious man has always been so enthralled with the main (and probably allegorical) story line that the hidden point has been missed. That point is that the earth was occupied before man arrived or was created. The original occupants or forces were paraphysical and possessed the power of transmogrification. Man was the interloper, and the earth’s original occupants or owners were not very happy over the intrusion. The inevitable conflict arose between physical man and the paraphysical owners of the planet. Man accepted the interpretation that this conflict raged between his creator and the Devil. The religious viewpoint has always been that the Devil has been attacking man (trying to get rid of him) by foisting disasters, wars and sundry evils upon him.
Speaking of the Nephilim, there is also a true story of a Native American tribe called the Paiutes who burned alive a host of red-headed giant Nephilim! 1 Enoch, 19 tells us that these Ultraterrestrials manifested in a multitude of different shapes, forms, and sizes to ancient man:
1. Then Uriel said, Here the angels, who cohabited with women, appointed their leaders; 2. And being numerous in appearance made men profane, and caused them to err; so that they sacrificed to devils as to gods. For in the great day there shall be a judgment, with which they shall be judged, until they are consumed; and their wives also shall be judged, who led astray the angels of heaven that they might salute them. 3. And I, Enoch, I alone saw the likeness of the end of all things. Nor did any human being see it, as I saw it.
In “Revelation’s Hymns: Commentary on the Cosmic Conflict” by Steven Charles Grabiner, his description of Satan describes as the premiere rebel who rules over the sides of the north—much like what we saw in my essay, “The Sun Lady Tales.” From a flat-earth perspective, Satan would rule over the domed flat earth, just below Yahweh’s throne, beyond the dome as YouTuber Demon Hunter claims.
Given the larger OT imagery that John utilizes in telling his narrative, several threads are drawn together to fill out the issues in Satan’s war against the government of God. If the above readings are correct, and the IR sees in the “ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world” (Rev. 12.9) the fuller OT background,109 Satan would not be considered a flat character but instead one who has an important role in the plot. Originally an exalted covering cherub, this being experienced a primordial fall. Formerly one of the highest of celestial beings, unrighteousness (לעו ,in the LXX it is ἀδικήµατα) mysteriously arose within him and subverted his perfection (Ezek. 28.15). This led to an inner exaltation, which was eventually manifested in a desire to place himself above God and His heavenly court (Ezek. 28.17; Isa. 14.13,14). Instead of participating as an exalted member of the council, he used his previous position as a platform to undermine God’s authority. This activity was clothed with such great deception that the issues raised demanded an unimagined response from God.
All this black magic connects to not only the rise of Antichrist but also through the alchemical transformation of the human race and perhaps even reality itself as Tracy Twyman often wrote and spoke about in her work. The “dark winter” or black awakening is nothing but a state of alchemy in which the whole of reality is destroyed and transformed–whether by quantum A.I. or by complex ritual magic workings. A Satanist website tells us more about this idea, calling the new “super” race “NuZoth.”
While reading about Gravity’s Rainbow, a primary text of the UBZG GnoSYS TEMpli grade, I learned this morning that on the same day that Hiroshima was bombed, the Transfiguration of the Christ is celebrated. In the story from the Gospel of Mathew, Christ and his disciples climb a mountain and Jesus begins to glow, like a b-movie monster exposed to radiation. God bellows down from heaven that this is my son. The light that illuminated from Christ could be compared to the flash from the atomic explosion. Also transfiguration is equivalent to metamorphosis, which is an essential theme of the inner order Z:.B:. (i.e. the Z:.O:.T:.O:.). I have suggested in the past that the atomic bomb is a manifestation of the Antichrist, and also the new man (i.e. the NuZoth). The accomplishment of the new man can be achieved majkly (my new spelling of magick) through the metamorphosis of man into beast, which results in a human alien/insect hybrid. This hybrid race I believe is the equivalent of the theosophical sixth root race.
This “Nuzoth” race sounds eerily close to the scorpion and locust demons that rise from the smoky pit of Apollyon/Abaddon in Revelation 9:11, all released by the fifth angel that opens the gates of bottomless pit with a star key (Rev. 9:1). In my book, The Sun Lady Unveiled (p. 412), I wrote the following about the Greek solar god Apollo and his ability to cause pandemics:
The Greek god Apollo is inverted or transformed into an angel of the bottomless pit. Though Apollo was known as a god of prophecy, law, and purification, in his earliest accounts, he could place plagues on mankind as well as cure them. This occurs in Homer’s Iliad when Apollo creates a nine-day deadly plague on the Achaean army and their cattle. The description given to Apollyon’s army of locust demons sounds eerily like that of the legendary creature of Persia, the Manticore (the “maneater”). This predatory monster is said to be a mutated mixture of a man’s face with a lion’s face and body, along with a scorpion’s tail and bat wings.
Interestingly, the key enzyme in this mass roll-out of the Covid-19 vaccine is also called “Luciferase” (also known as “Luciferin”), which broken down phonetically, sounds like “Lucifer Erase” or “Lucifer’s Race” e.g., a person who has their DNA alchemically reconstituted. In the book 2020: Our Common Destiny and The Anti Communitarian Manifesto by Niki Raapana and Nordica Friedrich (pg. 65), the authors tell us about the role of vaccines in the coming reset:
Individualism has been redefined as a moral sickness against which we must all be vaccinated. The world is transforming into a new global architecture.
The idea of wearing masks is a premier feature in many occult and witchcraft rituals as a way of sacrificing one’s “ego” or soul into the Abyss. As mentioned earlier, the Antichrist is said to be Satan’s incarnation or even son. While this figure is mentioned only a handful of times in the Bible, he is also mentioned a few times spread in between other apocryphal texts like the Greek Apocalypse of Ezra, as discussed in the book The Sun Lady Unveiled. In the apocryphal Christian text, the Gospel of Bartholomew tells us that Jesus raises Satan from hell (by invoking St Michael) for the disciple Bartholomew to interrogate. Bartholomew questions Satan on the circumstances surrounding his fall from Heaven. When this does happen, Beliar/Satan’s frightening appearance kills Bartholomew and the rest of the apostles, dead. However, Jesus raises them from the dead, immediately after.
10 And as he thus spake, Jesus raised him up and said unto him: Bartholomew, wilt thou see the adversary of men? I tell thee that when thou beholdest him, not thou only but the rest of
11 But they all said unto him: Lord, let us behold him.
12 And he led them down from the Mount of Olives and looked wrathfully upon the angels that keep hell (Tartarus), and beckoned unto Michael to sound the trumpet in the height of the heavens. And Michael sounded, and the earth shook, and Beliar came up, being held by 660 (560 Gr., 6,064 Lat. 1, 6,060 Lat. 2) angels and bound with fiery chains. 12 And the length of him was 1,600 cubits and his breadth 40 (Lat. 1, 300, Slav. 17) cubits (Lat. 2, his length 1,900 cubits, his breadth 700, one wing of him 80), and his face was like a lightning of fire and his eyes full of darkness (like sparks, Slav.). And out of his nostrils came a stinking smoke; and his mouth was as the gulf of a precipice, and the one of his wings was four-score cubits.
14 And straightway when the apostles saw him, they fell to the earth on their faces and became as dead.
15 But Jesus came near and raised the apostles and gave them a spirit of power, and he saith unto Bartholomew: Come near, Bartholomew, and trample with thy feet on his neck, and he will tell thee his work, what it is, and how he deceiveth men.
51 And Bartholomew raised up Satan and said unto him: Go unto thy place, with thine angels, but the Lord hath mercy upon all his world.
(50, 51, again enormously amplified in lat. 2. Satan complains that he has been tricked into telling his secrets before the time. The interpolation is to some extent dated by this sentence: ‘ Simon Magus and Zaroes and Arfaxir and Jannes and Mambres are my brothers.’ Zaroes and Arfaxatare wizards who figure in the Latin Acts of Matthew and of Simon and Jude (see below).
52 But the devil said: Suffer me, and I will tell thee how I was cast down into this place and how the Lord did make man.
53 I was going to and fro in the world, and God said unto Michael: Bring me a clod from the four corners of the earth, and water out of the four rivers of paradise. And when Michael brought them God formed Adam in the regions of the east, and shaped the clod which was shapeless, and stretched sinews and veins upon it and established it with Joints; and he worshipped him, himself for his own sake first, because he was the image of God, therefore he worshipped him.
54 And when I came from the ends of the earth Michael said: Worship thou the image of God, which he hath made according to his likeness. But I said: I am fire of fire, I was the first angel formed, and shall worship clay and matter?
55 And Michael saith to me: Worship, lest God be wroth with thee. But I said to him: God will not be wroth with me; but I will set my throne over against his throne, and I will be as he is. Then was God wroth with me and cast me down, having commanded the windows of heaven to be opened.
56 And when I was cast down, he asked also the six hundred that were under me, if they would worship: but they said: Like as we have seen the first angel do, neither will we worship him that is less than ourselves. Then were the six hundred also cast down by him with me.
57 And when we were cast down upon the earth we were senseless for forty years, and when the sun shone forth seven times brighter than fire, suddenly I awaked; and I looked about and saw the six hundred that were under me senseless.
58 And I awaked my son Salpsan and took him to counsel how I might deceive the man on whose account I was cast out of the heavens.
And so, Satan spills the beans and reveals his demonic son has a name—Salpsan. This name is only found in this text and nowhere else. The term “Beliar” is also mentioned in the text as another name for Satan and even the Antichrist in other texts like the Ascension of Isaiah, as discussed in The Sun Lady Unveiled. The War Scroll also lists Belial as a chief demonic enemy of St. Michael the archangel who eventually defeats and humiliates him for the entire of the Heavenly host to witness, just like we see in Revelation 12 where Belial transforms himself into a multi-headed dragon to eat the Sun Lady and her royal child but in the last moment is defeated as well. In Gnostic texts like the Pistis Sophia, Sophia is called the “Virgin of Light” which sounds a lot like our Sun Lady. She is also guarded by Sabaoth “the Good” which is also associated with Jesus and St. Michael, as we will see in a moment. The Disk of the World Gnostic Glossary site tells us more about this Virgin of Light.
The Virgin of Light is likened to the Persian divinity Anahita, mistress of the waters that flow from a heavenly source in the region of the stars. The Virgin of Light purifies the souls through baptism, seals the perfect souls, then returns them to the Treasury of the Light in the region of the stars. The sad story of the fall of the Virgin of Light from her exalted position in the celestial realms above is mirrored in the events of humanity below.
“Guard your camp and weapons and spears. Arm yourself and all the soldiers which are the words, and the commanders which are the counsels, and your mind as a guiding principle.” (The Teachings of Silvanus, Gnostic papyri)
The Virgin of Light weighs the merits of the soul and dispenses justice according to the soul’s spiritual accomplishments, like the Egyptian god Thoth, who placed the human heart on a scale and weighed it against the weight of a feather.
“Truth is the mother, knowledge the father. Those who think that sinning does not apply to them are called ‘free’ by the world.” (The Gospel of Philip, Gnostic papyri)
When Justice finds the souls wanting in spiritual attainment, she sends them into the rotation of the spheres of down through the body of Draco, whose tail descends into the abyss. Draco is formed by the long and winding procession of the souls on the way to the abyss.
The Virgin of Light, as Justice, passes those perfect souls who are to ascend to the upper realms to the Treasure of the Light. Judging them worthy, she releases them from the birth/rebirth cycle, the dance of death, by sealing them against the powers of the spheres.
The Virgin of Light becomes filled with a longing to reunite herself with the Treasury of the Light and the supernal entities of the higher celestial realms. She envies those souls whom she sends upwards to merge with the Light. Her strong emotions of envy and desire weigh her down. She falls from her exalted position as the portal to the upper realms down into the lower heavens to dwell in the 8th sphere, the Ogdoad. When she falls, she becomes Sophia, the “Portal of Life,” the door of birth into the Physical world.
“Then Justice created Paradise, being beautiful and being outside the orbit of the moon and the orbit of the sun in the Land of Wantonness, in the East in the midst of the stones.” (On the Origin of the World, Gnostic papyri)
“Sophia fashioned great luminous bodies and all the stars.” (On the Origin of the World, Gnostic papyri)
In Book of Pistis-Sophia, Jesus relates that in his celestial journeys he found Sophia in the 13th Aeon, the Ogdoad, grieving because she had not been reinstated to her former position. He comforts her and tells her that her repentance has been heard on high, and Lord Sabaoth has sent him to lift her out of the Chaos of the lower realms. In another text, she is reinstated to her former position in the lower limit of the 13th Aeon. Another account of Sophia relates she is happily vouchsafed a savior, a spiritual spouse, to join her in her reign as the “Portal of Life” to the material world.
In another article by Dylan Burns, “Cosmic Eschatology and Christian Platonism in the Sethian Gnostic Apocalypses Marsanes, Zostrianos, and Allogenes” he discusses the Sethian literature as mentioned in the article, arguing that their messages of God’s Kingdom or even a “new heaven, and a new earth” as Jesus Christ often spoke of, is at hand. What is striking is Burns’s quotation of John Turner’s translation of one quote from Zostrainos: “And [again he said, Sophia became] perfect through [the will of] [the commander] through whom [the atmospheric] [realm perseveres], having [immutably averted] the destruction of the world.” In other words, Sophia repents to the Pleroma so that the created world is saved from destruction.
Although this was hinted at in my book, The Sun Lady Unveiled, I will elaborate further on this subject. A few of the Gnostic scriptures take a conciliatory approach to the God of Israel: He is the archon Sabaoth or Adonaios who accepted Sophia’s spirit and rebelled against the forces of Ialdabaoth. Basically, the YHWH we get in the Old Testament can be divided in multiple powers, as done so by the Sethians and the Ophites–revealed in texts like the Apocryphon of John and in Irenaeus’s chief writing against the Gnostics—Against Heresies, and even Origen’s Against Celsus. Both writings list these different “god-forms” or archontic powers like Yaldabaoth, Iao, Sabaoth, Asaphaios, Adonaois, Elaios, and Horaios. In a way, YHWH is an amalgam of different sources—some archonic, and some angel—thus, pointing to the True God. In the Chaldean Oracles of Zoroaster, Sabaoth is also mentioned in passing as a quotation:
The Chaldæans call the God Dionysos (or Bacchus), Iao in the Phoenician tongue (instead of the Intelligible Light), and he is also called Sabaoth,  signifying that he is above the Seven poles, that is the Demiurgos. – Lydus, De Mensibus, 83. T.
St. Michael may also be invoked for spiritual warfare as even Catholic and Orthodox churches use the angel to invoke him against the powers of darkness. In Mysterium Baphometis Revelatum by Joseph Von Hammer Purgstall, he writes about St. Michael:
On the left side is exhibited the end of a Templar’s life, already dead and lying on the ground, with the Archangel Michael holding a judgment scale and weighing his deeds. The scale, on which were placed apples, desserts and other blandishments of the senses, and by which the Ophitic Templar’s life is represented, descending to the Earth, shows that the judgment of Michael favors him, because in order to hinder Jaldabaoth, he tries to depress the other, ascending, part of the scale. This allegory of the scale of judgment about which we discoursed more fully in our commentary (page 288, Volume 5) corresponds very well to the total doctrine of the Gnostics, since, as we have seen above, the serpent, called by the Gnostics Michael, carries out the details of judgment in this way: Thinking, in the day of judgment, about the life of the Templar, or Gnostic, he accepts all of his disgraceful deeds as good works. In this way [goes] the cycle of a Gnostic’s life, whom we see being educated towards Gnosis, that is the doctrine of “genital wisdom,” from the earliest years of infancy. Thenceforth, we see him hounded by Jaldabaoth. He is, with the death of the same and the final judgment, terminated, and this double series of bas-reliefs, declares the double history of a Gnostic and of Gnosis, or of a Templar and of the entire order.
Michael, along with Sabaoth, are both associated with judgement. Matthew 26:52-54 says about Jesus’s position as a god of judgment as well:
52 “Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword. 53 Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels? 54 But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?”
A Roman legion was 1,000-1,500 men. Here is what one angel can do!
2 Kings 19:35: 35 That night the angel of the Lord went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies!
According to one Orthodox website, it was Michael who took out the army. In a rare, little known text known as the Apocalypse of Zerubbabel from the seventh century C.E. (also known as the Sefer Zerubbabel), it details Zerubbabel (which sounds a lot like the Tower of Babel as “Zeru” also means sky but the name also means “stranger in Babylon”) and his heavenly ascent visions similar to what we see with St. John of Patmos and his apocalyptic visions of the Beast/Antichrist who is named “Armilus” in the text. Zerubbabel also has a fascinating exchange with St. Michael who is also equated with Metatron in the same text.
Suddenly he appeared like a strong young man, handsome and adorned.
I asked him: ‘When will the light of Israel come?’ And as I was speaking to him, behold, a man with two wings approached me and said to me, ‘Zerubbabel! What are you asking the Messiah of the Lord?’ I answered him and said, ‘I asked when the appointed time for deliverance is supposed to come.’ ‘Ask me,’ he replied, ‘and I will tell you.’ I said to him, ‘Sir, who are you?’ He answered and said, ‘I am Michael, the one who delivered good news to Sarah. I am the leader of the host of the Lord God of Israel, the one who battled with Sennacherib and smote 180,000 men. I am the prince of Israel, the one who fought battles against the kings of Canaan. In the time to come, I will fight the battles of the Lord alongside the Messiah of the Lord—he who sits before you—with the king ‘strong of face’ (‘az panim) and with Armilos, the son of Satan, the spawn of the stone statue. The Lord has appointed me to be the commanding officer over his people and over those who love Him in order to do battle against the leaders of the nations.’
Michael, who is (also) Metatron, answered me saying: ‘I am the angel who guided Abraham throughout all the land of Canaan. I blessed him in the name of the Lord. I am the one who redeemed Isaac and [wept] for him. I am the one who wrestled with Jacob at the crossing of the Jabbok. I am the one who guided Israel in the wilderness for forty years in the name of the Lord. I am the one who appeared to Joshua at Gilgal, and I am the one who rained down brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah. He placed His name within me: Metatron in gematria is the equivalent of Shadday. As for you, Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, whose name is Jeconiah, ask me and I will tell you what will happen at the End of Days.’
Then he said to me: ‘This is the Messiah of the Lord: (he has) been hidden in this place until the appointed time (for his manifestation). This is the Messiah of the lineage of David, and his name is Menahem ben ‘Amiel. He was born during the reign of David, king of Israel, and a wind bore him up and concealed him in this place, waiting for the time of the end.’ Then I, Zerubbabel, posed a question to Metatron, the leader of the host of the Lord. He said to me: ‘The Lord will give a rod (for accomplishing) these salvific acts to Hephsibah, the mother of Menahem ben ‘Amiel. A great star will shine before her, and all the stars will wander aimlessly from their paths.
The Two Witnesses in Revelation 11 are also are exemplified by certain Old Testament prophets returned like Moses or Elijah and even Zerubbabel and Joshua. Revelation describes them showing up at the End of Days at the height of the reign of the Beast/Antichrist. These guys can inflict pandemics of their own, along with turning water into blood, destroying their enemies with fire flowing from their mouths, manipulate the weather and even cause earthquakes. In “Kabbalistic Gematria, Gnosticism and Hellenistic Exegesis,” by Titus Groan at Over Lords of Chaos writes about Gnostic rituals as expressed in texts like the Books of Jeu.
In Gnosticism, as in the other mystic religions, it is characterized by the initiated and the uninitiated dichotomy, loose organization, petty sectarianism, and mystery-mongering. All boasting a mystic revelation and a deeply veiled wisdom whose ultimate object is individual salvation i.e. assurance of the soul’s fortunate destiny after death.
Gnosticism also has a “Redeemer-Deity” as the central object of worship who has already trodden the difficult way which the faithful have to follow. As in all mystical religions, Gnosticism has holy rites and formulas, acts of initiation and consecration, has sacraments, which play a very important part.
Original sources indicate how great a part the sacraments played in the Gnostic sects. Varied forms of holy rites are found:
– Various baptisms, by water, by fire, by the spirit
– Baptism for protection against demons
– Anointing with oil, sealing and stigmatizing, piercing the ears, leading into the bridal chamber
– Partaking of holy food and drink
Sacred formulas, names and symbols are of the highest importance among the Gnostic sects. A central theme is the idea that the soul, on leaving the body, finds its path to the highest heaven opposed by the celestial sphere’s lower deities and demons. The soul can only find its way unhindered to the heavenly home when in possession of the demon’s names and can repeat the proper “holy formula,” or is prepared with the “right symbol,” or has been anointed with the “holy oil.”
Hence the Gnostic’s primary duty is to learn the names of the demons, and equip himself with the sacred formulas and symbols, in order to be certain of a good destiny after death.
You may find some theurgical prayer rituals from the Books of Jeu, here. In the Pistis Sophia, Chapter 18, it tells us that Christ had drained a third of the power of the archons/Zodiac tormentors that was stolen from Sophia and turned their powers against them.
Then said Mary to the Saviour: “My Lord, the word which thou hast spoken unto us: ‘Who hath ears to hear, let him hear,’ thou sayest in order that we may understand the word which thou hast spoken. Hearken, therefore, my Lord, that I may discourse in openness.
Mary interpreteth the discourse from the words of Isaiah. “The word which thou hast spoken: ‘I have taken a third from the power of the rulers of all the æons, and changed their Fate and their sphere over which they rule, in order that, if the race of men invoke them in the mysteries–those which the angels who transgressed have taught them for the accomplishing of their evil and lawless deeds in the mystery of their sorcery,’–in order then that they may no more from this hour accomplish their lawless deeds, because thou hast taken their power from them and from their horoscope-casters and their consulters and from those who declare to the men in the world all things which shall come to pass, in order that they should no more from this hour know how to declare unto them any thing at all which will come to pass (for thou hast changed their spheres, and hast made them spend six months turned to the left and accomplishing their influences, and another six months facing the right and accomplishing their influences),–concerning this word then, my Lord, the power which was in the prophet Isaiah, hath spoken thus and proclaimed aforetime in a spiritual similitude, discoursing on the ‘Vision about Egypt’: ‘Where then, O Egypt, where are thy consulters and horoscope-casters and those who cry out of the earth and those who cry out of their belly? Let them then declare unto thee from now on the deeds which the lord Sabaōth will do!’
“The power then which was in the prophet Isaiah, prophesied before thou didst come, that thou wouldst take away the power of the rulers of the æons and wouldst change their sphere and their Fate, in order that they might know nothing from now on. For this cause it hath said also: ‘Ye shall then know not of what the lord Sabaōth will do ‘; that is, none of the rulers will know what thou wilt do from now on,–for they are ‘Egypt,’ because they are matter. The power then which was in Isaiah, prophesied concerning thee aforetime, saying: ‘From now on ye shall then know not what the lord Sabaōth will do.’ Because of the light-power which thou didst receive from Sabaōth, the Good, who is in the region of the Right, and which is in thy material body to-day, for this cause then, my Lord Jesus, thou hast said unto us: ‘Who hath ears to hear, let him hear,’–in order that thou mightest know whose heart is ardently raised to the kingdom of heaven.”
Returning to the concept of the royal child being “snatched away” per Revelation 12 can be unpacked as I explain in my book The Sun Lady Unveiled. As quoted in my book The Enthronement of Sabaoth: Jewish Elements in Gnostic Creation Myths (p. 38-39) by Francis T. Fallon, the author connects this snatching away with Jewish apocalyptic ascent visionary texts like Ezekiel and Enoch.
We begin with the tradition concerning the ascent of the apocalyptic visionary. First of all. we note that the term “to catch up.. or “to snatch up·· is used in apocalyptic contexts for the translation lo heaven (e.g. Enoch in Wis 4: 11; Adam in Apoc Mos 37) or for the mystic rapture of the visionary (e.g. Paul in 2 Cor 12: 2, 4). Next, as for the chariot and instruction or revelation by Life, ultimately the material derives from the prophets Ezekiel (I, 10 and 43:3) and Isaiah (6), who have a vision of the divine chariot and/or throne. But, then, within apocalyptic Judaism. the visionary is first snatched up or taken up. given a vision of the divine throne and/or chariot and then provided with a revelation concerning secret mysteries. For example, in I Enoch. Enoch in his dream vision is lifted up into heaven by the winds ( 14: 8) and brought into a house within a house where he saw “a lofty throne : its appearance was as crystal. and the wheels thereof as the shining sun; and there was the vision of cherubim.. (14: 18).
As in Ezechiel, the association here of wheels and a throne indicates that the motifs of chariot and throne have been united. Enoch then receives revelation first in the form of audition. He is charged to bring the word of the Lord to the Watchers (14:24-16:4). Then he receives revelation in the form of vision and interpretation. He is taken through the cosmos and through Sheol in order to see the hidden places and treasuries, while the angel accompanying him explains all to him (17-36). Similarly. in the T Levi, in a dream-vision Levi ascends to heaven at the bidding of an angel (2: 7). As he ascends through the three heavens their contents are revealed to him and explained by the accompanying angel (2: 8-3: 10). Upon arriving at the highest heaven, he is given a vision of the Most High upon his throne of glory (5: I). Then Levi receives the revelation that is more important for this document : “Levi. I have given thee the blessings of the priesthood until I come and sojourn in the midst of Israel . . (5:2; cf. 8:2-19; 14:7; 16:1; 17- 18). 52 Again in 2 Enoch, Enoch is taken up by angels (3: I) through the various heavens (3: 2-19: 6). Through vision and audition the contents of these heavens are revealed to him by the angels. Then finally he beholds the throne of the Lord and the glory of his face (20-22). Enoch himself is then transformed from his earthly garments (22:4-12). He is instructed first by the angel Pravuil or Vretil (23: 1-6); then, after being seated at the left of the Lord near Gabriel. he is given the major revelation as he is instructed by the Lord concerning the origins of the cosmos (24-33).
In Revelation 3:10-23, Jesus addresses the Church of Philadelphia and tells them to remain true to their faith, and not to allow others to steal their crown of life.
Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name.
Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
In “Sethian Crowns, Sethian Martyrs? Jewish Apocalypses and Christian Martyrs in a Gnostic Literary Tradition” by Dylan Burns, he elaborates more on these heavenly crowns. Keep in mind “Corona” means crown!
As in many apocalypses, similitude to angels allows one to join the heavenly liturgy: “attaining the incorruptible crown of glory (τὴν ἀμαράντινον τῆς δόξης στέφανον), [the martyrs] might endlessly praise along with the angels the God who had showered this grace upon them.” Other Gnostic and apocryphal texts use crowns to express a variety of themes and ideas; generally, one sees less emphasis on doxology and eschatology than in the Jewish texts, although the crown remains a mark of martyrdom. Occasionally it belongs to heavenly entities, as in the Valentinian Gospelof Truth, where the Father’s forbearance is a “crown upon” his head, or in PistisSophia, where Sophia receives a beam of light that becomes a crown that protects her (NHC I, 3.23.24; Pist. Soph. 59).
In other texts, mortals acquire crowns; the Teaching of Silvanus symbolizes education by the acquisition of a crown and robe (NHC VII, 4.87.4–14, 89.19–24). The same text, as well as the Interpretation of Knowledge, uses the crown as an agonistic metaphor to express victory, in the latter case, over sin (NHC VII, 4.112.17–25; NHC XI, 1.21.32). The crown can also indicate salvation, as in the Odes of Solomon.46 Certainly, some Gnostic texts mention crowns as a symbol of triumph in martyrdom (1 Apoc. Jas. NHC I,2.8.39; Apoc. Pet. (Copt.) NHC VII, 3.71.30). Others re-constellate the image to attack martyrdom, as does the Testimony of Truth, which declares instead that “this, therefore, is the true testimony (μαρτυρία): when man knows himself and the God who is over the truth, he will be saved, and he will be crowned (στεφανοῦν) with the crown unfading.”
In Apocalypses among Gnostics and Manichaeans by Dylan Burns, he connects these divine crowns with Gnostic literature like Allogenes and Zostrianos, as well.
Another apocalypse from Nag Hammadi, Zostrianos, addresses the end of history alongside technical metaphysics. Quoted above, Porphyry tells us that it was among several apocalypses, including Allogenes (preserved in some redaction in NHC XI,3) that were the subject of contention between the Neoplatonic philosopher Plotinus (ca. 263 CE) and Gnostic Christians in his reading group. Therefore, this body of Gnostic apocalypses—the “Platonizing” Sethian literature—was a major player in third-century Hellenic philosophy (Turner 2001: esp. 693–744). The text describes the celestial ascent of its eponymous seer, who engages in discourses with angels in heaven about Neoplatonic psychology and theology. Along the way, he is transformed into various types of angels:
“I stood there, staring into the light of the truth that truly exists from [a] self-begotten root [with some] great angels and glories. . .I was baptized in the [name of] the self-begotten deity by the powers that exist [upon the] living water: Michar and Mi[chael], and I was purified by the great Barpharanges. And they [glorified] me and wrote me into glory. [I was] sealed by them, those who exist upon these powers, [Michar], Michael, Seldao, Ele[nos], and Zogenethlos. And I [became] an angel able to see [god] and I stood up on the first aeon, which is the fourth, with the souls. (NHC VIII,1.6.3–21, tr. mine, with reference to Sieber 1991 and Barry et al.” 2000. See also VIII, 1.7.1–22, 30.29–31.23)
Zostrianos also receives various crowns, probably evidence of the author’s desire to authorize his metaphysical speculations with literary traditions familiar to Jewish and Christian readers of the apocalypses (Burns 2014). Finally, having descended to Earth once more, he begins preaching:
Ye living, the Seed of the holy Seth, understand! Do not disobey me! Awaken your divine part to God, [and] empower the elect soul, (which is) empty of evil; look at the dissolution of this place, and follow the indissoluble unbegottenness. The father [of] everything invites you, waiting for you; while others will inflict violence upon you, he will not abandon you. Do not baptize yourselves in death, or entrust yourselves to those who are inferior to you as if they were better. Flee the madness and the bondage of femininity, and choose for yourselves the salvation of [masculinity]. You have not come into suffering but you have come into bondage. Dissolve yourselves, and that which has bound you will be dissolved. Save yourselves so that it (i.e. the soul) will be saved! The loving Father has sent you the Savior and he has strengthened you. Why do you hesitate? Search, when you are sought. Listen, when you are invited. For time is short. Do not be deceived; great is the aeon of the aeon of the living, (and great are) the punishments of those who remain unpersuaded. (NHC VIII,1.130.16–131.23)
This sermon is a curious thematic mélange. Most obviously, it stresses the urgency of repentance in the face of the Endzeit : “time is short!” Yet its paraenesis is not merely recognition of the savior and the imminent end of things. Rather, the reader must recognize the “dissolution” of the material world and its trappings, and foster philosophically informed contemplation of the “unbegottenness” that characterizes the deity, as described for the preceding hundred pages. Such knowledge will provide salvation.
In my early twenties, the phrase “time is short” rang through me as if I stood in front of a concert stereo. I was sitting in a local community college class at the time from what I remember. Dylan Burns’s article brings up an important point on repentance. While repentance is a basic key teaching in original Christianity, which in Greek is translated as “metanioia” or the “changing of one’s mind” it is also key teaching of Gnostic theology involving Sophia and the repentant race of psychics to be translated as the Pneumatics or the Spirituals destined to dwell in the Upper Aeons as the “Unshakeable Race” of the Gnostics.
At Laurence Caruana’s Gnostic Glossary site, he elaborates more on this topic. This is how he also defines repentance: “Repentance comes from the Greek metanoia, which means to change (meta) our mind (noia) or turn around (meta) our way of knowing (noia).” In the Book of Revelation Chapter 9, 20, it tells us that at the End of Days, people will refuse to repent and give glory to God, even when God’s angels summon Apollyon and his hosts of scorpion-like fallen angels to torture those who do not have the Seal of God on their foreheads.
20 The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk. 21 Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts.
In Spring 2020, a television show called “Penny Dreadful: City of Angels” premiered on Showtime—only a few weeks after my book The Sun Lady Unveiled was published. The show is mainly about the dysfunctional relationship between Santa Muerte (St. Holy Death) and the shapeshifting demon Magda. Magda sounds a lot like Mary Magdalene—a Hollywood depiction of the Dark Mother, or the dark twin of Mary. All of this happens against the backdrop of 1930s Los Angeles.
The Book of Revelation, chapter 12, tells us of a pregnant Woman Clothed with the Sun, wailing in birth pangs. It also tells us before St. Michael flung the dragon to the earth, he pursued the winged Sun Lady to devour her and her royal child of God. But in the last moment, they are snatched away to safety.
Many have speculated that this story connects to the great celestial sign pointing to a series of future calamities which are unfolding before our eyes. These stories, symbols, and archetypes point to an emerging revelation about humanity’s secret past and ultimate destiny.
